I've had issues falling asleep for ages and this has completely changed my sleeping. I fall asleep every night without any issues. I wish I'd been recommended this years ago instead of sleeping pills.

This is clearly an excellent quality product from a reputable brand. I researched the ingredients and found the benefits to be to my taste. The dosage is solid for the size of the package and composition as well!

Great and quality product. This is the best form of magnesium for brain health. For me its important that this product is certified gluten free.
I take these with 50 mg 5HTP ( Deep Sleep by Good Health) and I sleep soundly and have some incredible dreams. I really look forward to going to sleep when using this combo. I feel that these are very high quality. they have no strange smell and don't appear to be filled with powder/talc like other L-Threonates I have tried. Expensive but last a long time and for the dreams- so worth it.
Mag L -Threonate it says will help support cognitive health and I am very happy with taking it. Although i notice improvement in my moods and energy level, I did not notice improvement in my cognition.
