Metal Bed Frame Queen Size Mattress Base Platform Foundation - Black Dane

Lots of parts to put together but once it’s done, it’s a sturdy bed. Perfect for my teen child. The bed is low to ground, only 16cm or 6ch high, but we have a thick inner spring mattress so also ok for us. Delivery was quick, I expected lower quality for cheap price but am pleasantly surprised. Don’t walk into the corners or kick your toes because they are pointed but would recommend to anyone looking for a sturdy value for money bed.I would add photos but hey, it’s a teen male so the bed is a mess.

arrived very quickly- however there were some issues with the product. the headboard is bent and had some damage to it as well as some white paint on the oak look part. The damage is unfortunately visible.for the price however can't complain much, it's

the bed is good enough. but the wood part is about 1cm short off being flush with the metal frame on one end. and some of the poles arrived slightly out of shape which may not make a big difference in its use but makes a difference in its durability and strength over all when it says the bed is suitable for up to 120kgs over time those poles will bend further the packaging wasn't damaged so I don't know why the poles were (poles that go across and support the mattress) can't exactly re straighten them so was a bit disappointing to the standard of the pole. luckily the bed is for my toddler so it won't have to much weight further warping the poles

this was easy to assemble - flat pack. the bed end is actually raised above the ground. it is hard to get the two slat areas to be even in the middle - i used books to give the lift and get as even as possible. the bed still has a slight wobble - I'm hoping once weight and mattress is on that it wont be noticeable. good 1st bed frame for my 9 year old.

I like the quality and design of the bed, especially considering the price. Everything was really great, and assembling it was very easy. Everything was neatly packed in two boxes. I'm completely satisfied with my purchase.

DO NOT BUY THIS BED

This is one of the worst quality items I have ever purchased and the customer service from Myer has been appalling. I ordered this bed having relocated interstate. Still having to sleep on the floor on a blow up mattress as its been 2 weeks and still waiting for Myer to resolve the issue. The screws don't thread through the washer. The bolts are too small and go straight through the hole of the headboard frame which is meant to keep it up. The wood on the headboard piece is extremely poor quality. The iron frame doesn't match up.

Easy assemble - poor quality

Lasted 2 weeks before snapping along the top near the bed head.Easy to assemble - but it’s broken 2 weeks later with barely any use.Guess you couldn’t expect much from a budget bed. But definitely frustrating!

Nice looking frame, makes a good spare bed

Very simple bedframe; nothing to hold the mattress in place so it slides around a little, but it's fine as a spare bed tucked against the wall and looks really nice. Was easy enough to put together and packaged fairly well.

Not what I had hoped - you get what you pay for.

Overall the bed is very disappointing. I would definitely not recommend it to anyone.The clearance is only 13-14cm below the bed; so nothing can be stored underneath, it has to be tightened every couple of days to prevent squeaking and the instructions to build it are horrible. It is made of very cheap material, so I would recommend trying to spend a bit of extra money on a different frame instead of losing out on this one.The only upside is that the customer service team are nice.
