A great way to take this product - I found the powder form difficult to mix well. There was always some ‘gluggy’ product left in the bottom of the glass. Capsule form means it’s easy to take and works effectively.

I have used these capsules for years, the only thing that keeeps me regular. They’re so much more convenient than having to mix up the Metamucil drink. The smaller container is perfect for travel and the large one offers such value for money. I’ll be purchasing again.

I purchase these on an ongoing basis, to help with constipation, which is a side-effect of other medications. Capsules are better than the powder, because you can more easily and discreetly take them with you if you need to be away from home. They definitely help!

I have been using this product for many years and it is always available at a great price at Chemist Warehouse. This bundle pack was even better value than the 300 pack I usually buy.This product is easier to take than the powder which is mixed in water or juice and is too sweet. Psyllium husk is horrible to drink mixed with water and messy when added to cereal.A great way to make sure you are having enough fibre each day.
We had used Metamucil powder for many years with good results; but when we started to use the capsules we found it all so easy each morning and really terrific when you are travelling!
This is a really good product if your having problems with your bowels.I only wish I had found it years ago. I was recommended by a specialist and have never looked back since. I love the capsules as it makes it so easy to take and this is a great bargain.
