I am a big fan of the unflavored powder with REAL sugar. My oncologist recommended it after pelvic radiation, which affected my colon. It’s a miracle worker. My digestive system is back to normal. Unfortunately, the plain with REAL sugar is getting harder and harder to find. I tried the orange flavor with real sugar. ICK! And TWICE THE CARBS. I cannot drink more carbs.

#faves we can't seem to live without this. Something about being stuck at home makes this a necessary addition to our daily diet for gut health. Just mix with water and drink it down. Tastes GREAT! A bit expensive but worth it. Great for the whole family. #faves

My issue is not with the product itself but with the way this version is packaged and priced. Much better off avoiding the single serve and just buying in bulk.
Great to keep you dumping regularly. Doc recommended it to provide more fiber; guess he was right. One packet mixed with water in the morning and you're good to go (pun). Probably the least invasive way to cure rear end problems. I do recommend it.
2 rounded teaspoons of Metamucil powder are recommended in 1 glass of water per day and these packets contain around 1 tsp, so people need to use 2 packets. The packet itself could be 1/4 the size for the low amount of powder in it. The price is outrageous considering the low content and not worth the convenience.
I recently was advised by my doctor to try this product just once a day so I researched the different forms of it for sugar content and artificial additives, I found the single serve packets to be the best. The fact that this product comes from a natural fiber, Psyllium husks is very important to those who are "chemically conscious" of their dietary intake. It worked from the very first packet. By the end of 5 days I was going easily before even having my morning drink. It dissolves easily and the slight orange taste helps it go down fast. No holding your nose to get it down. I have no need to increase it to more than one a day.
Was delvered at 11:48 PM with a ring of the doorbell. Who shows up with hoodie covering their head and rings doorbell at midnight for anything? Woke us up and were prepared for a home invasion. Unacceptable!!!! Who is running this opeation?
This stuff is amazing. Even though it says it's a laxative, it also works for diarrhea too by absorbing the excess liquid. When I was in the hospital even the nurses didn't know this and wondered why the doctor had prescribed it for my diarrhea. The doctor said she needed to give them some education about this great product. Now that I'm home my diarrhea is under control and of course no constipation either.
