Metamucil Fiber Supplement Thins, Chocolate Flavor, 12 CT

Metamucil’s Fiber Thins work, but aren’t instantaneous. That alone is a relief, as that could make constipation a little rough. Am at the age where things are changing. The AARP card is getting closer, and a shame I can’t put reverse thrusters on. How did this happen? Am relatively content, but there are times when plumbing is an issue. Thank you Metamucil. Surprisingly these cinnamon fiber thins taste quite good. Their grit powder is still atrocious. Get these and I think you’ll be more appreciative. All of us have occasional back ups, and this gently gets things moving again. This could be my favorite high fiber product actually. You can find it at a whole host of stores, and even some online retailers.

Can't stand the flavor

I decided to try this because I’ve been experiencing strain due to medications. I thought cinnamon spice would be good, but I can’t stand the initial taste of the thin in my mouth. After chewing it’s fine, but I really can’t stand whatever flavor or coating is on the thin. I’ve only been able to finish 1 thin, and I even debated spitting it out. Also, confirmed that the residue of the thins stick to the molars of my teeth and around my gums. I need fiber, but I won’t be using these. Gave 2 stars because I can’t rate the effectiveness of the product. I’ve been using the fiber gummies from another brand at target that taste way better and do the same thing! So I’ll stick to that instead. Sad these didn’t work for me.

Chocolate Fiber Thins 12 pack

Very good product. I’ve been using for many years. Works well every morning. Drink with plenty of water for quick relief. A little expensive but worth the extra cost. Chocolate is my favorite. Two additional flavors, cinnamon and apple. All flavors work very well. Just try them all and pick your favorite. The 12 pack box can last over 2 weeks. Give it a try and enjoy the day.

Easiest %26 most pleasant way to get extra fiber!

I like the cookies much better than the drink mix fiber. You can take it anywhere and it’s already a measured serving. Nobody even knows it’s a fiber cookie. I like to open mine wrapper’s ahead of time so the cookie gets soft and is easier to chew. I like both flavors.

Love this product when I am working and too busy to make the drink version , which also works perfectly well. I do wish this product came sugar free . Tastes like a cookie .When time permits I love to crunch this product in greek yogurt to make it seem even more decadent and I feel healthier with the benefits of psyllium and fiber and calcium from my yogurt addition . Chocolate is my go to on this !

Great in theory… but not so great…

I thought this would be a great way for my partner to get some extra fiber. Hes really picky and refuses to drink the metamucil powder mixture due to texture and taste. When I saw these I was really hopeful that they would be fantastic.Well, he took two bites and rolled up his nose. I ate the rest of it and I also thought it was very strange. It still had the texture of the powder just in cracker form. It was odd. Its also not sweet at all, so it doesnt mask much of the flavor as i thought it would. Then I think the worst part was 10 minutes later, picking all the psyllium husk out of your teeth. Just like the powder, I guess the leftover crumbs you have in your teeth will expand and get this gummy feeling and gets stuck to your teeth! Its a no for me. Nice Addition To The Metamucil Product Line.

After hearing the Buzz, I broke down and bought these. Really Debated as they are ridiculously overpriced.The smell and taste are fine. You Must drink with a copious amount of water or they will Stick to your teeth!I found that they work well crumbled into vanilla yogurt to beat the afternoon slump till supper.They only have 5 grams of fiber. I wish it was more. As a result, I use these In Addition To Psyllium Husk supplements and natural plant foods.I would like to try the other flavors and buy regularly. However, I just can't justify the exorbitant price.

Surprisingly Good

Taking Metamucil is for a lot of us necessary but not what I’d term a fun activity.That’s why I was pleasantly surprised at how good these chocolatewafers are. If you don’t eat a lot of sweets (like me) these seem like dessert, a really tasty chocolate dessert. I highlyrecommend them!

Trash can approved

I was very optimistic about trying these as I love cinnamon spice. Two bites and I was done-package in trash and gave away the others. These are one of the nastiest things I have ever had. So disappointed as in my opinion these were very expensive. I have no idea if they work as they went directly into the trash. They are crispy, that is the only nice thing I can say.
