I bought one of these less than 2 months ago and the adjustable arm lock has already come loose and the seal leaks.Will be taking it back for a refund!Don't ven consider bying this cheap crappy product!

First one I thought I might have been unlucky, but no it's a crap product and needs to be re-engineered. Do not buy this product

I bought two of these, and they both broke within a day. The adjustable parts seem to just waste away on first use.Do not waste your time or money.
Didn’t take long for the washers to wear out and head constantly falls down. Can’t replace washers.
Looked great and has worked well for 6months in ensuite with low use. However, for the last 8 weeks I’ve been fighting to keep head in place and today the entire thing broke - water everywhere, won’t screw back together… I’m off to purchase a temporary wing nut to hold in place until I can have it replaced.
Like other reviews it barely stays up. After a year or so the elbow gave way and split in the places. It is poorly designed and even more poorly made. One side of the elbow is a aluminium and the other is some brass/copper mix, so when you tighten it, the aluminium side gives way.Recommend taking out the water saving o'ring(this isn't the manufactures fault though, government stuff...)I have the cheaper $40 all metal(no plastic water jet hole inserts) one in my other bathroom, and it is a better shower by design and material.This expensive showerhead looks good, that's about it.
Arm barely stays up -I know have a wrench in my shower permanently to keep it in place. The head barely swivels at all. Good size head but otherwise horrible!
