I am reading more and more how we should do away with non stick pans due to the forever chemicals - and to use either cast iron or stainless steel. I bought this because it is made in Canada, good size for two people and has the 2 handles for easy lifting. This one is perfect! it comes already seasoned, I followed the directions for cleaning and I am so happy with it! cooks evenly, maintains heat throughout the cooking process, and you can even go from stove top to oven if you have to broil! I recommend this!!
