Fantastic service from PriorityTire, which makes me hesitant to criticize this tire. This is completely subjective, but the tire doesn't compare well to Toyo MT (siped), or Nitto Terra AT's. On a 1ton diesel pickup these Mickeys feel soft in the sidewall, forcing me to increase psi for stability compared to the others. The tread traps rocks readily, and the large flat lugs are not adequately siped for snow traction in comparison to the prior two brands. Due to the softer sidewall and poorer snow traction I will not buy again. On a positive note the Mickeys ride smoothly, balance well, survive potholes, and are quiet. Driving was done in the Northwest on paved, gravel, wet, snow, and ice.

Mickey Thompson hit a home run with these tires. Great looks, very smooth and quiet ride (no joke, I can barely even hear these running down the road. And thats if Im trying to listen for them). And amazing traction in the snow for an all terrain! On packed snow they bite hard. I havent had them in the dirt or the mud yet, but have no doubts theyll perform just as well there too. My only gripe is they seem to maybe run a tad narrow, but maybe thats so they could keep the 3PMS designation. Our maybe I was just used to the big blocky mud terrains I had on the truck prior. But thats my one and only issue with the tires. If I wanted wider, they make up to a 15.50 wide.

What did you like or dislike? What should shoppers know?Likes - The Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T tire looks awesome, makes a truck look like a truck. Huge improvement from the factory OEM Highway tire. For looking soo aggressive they are very quiet on the highway, I really can not hear them with the radio at a normal listening level.Value - I have been searching for this exact tire for several months, and Walmart had the best price by quite a margin, along with mounting fees. On top of that, Mickey Thompson also had a $100 rebate on the purchase of 4 tires. Availability was great as they had them in their warehouse and just took a couple days to get to my local Walmart service center.Dislikes - Service, these tires for some reason took 3.5 hours to mount, I even ... MoreWhat did you like or dislike? I was told they did not trust their 2 post service lift to pick up my GMC 2500HD so they used a floor jack to do the job. So be prepared to wait. So far, everything is well, tires seem balanced and they were able to keep the weights inside the rim for aesthetic purposes.

Likes-zero road noise, tremendous grip and extreme comfort, handle excellent so far on wet roads and dry roads. The tires are not cheap but exceed expectations. Tire tread is very meaty and thick!Dislikes-none so far.2500 miles and still look brand new!
I replaced my Wrangler K02 with these. They came with good reviews. Everyone said they were quiet but I believe they are louder. The K02 tires are horrible on wet pavement. I’m hoping for better traction. They do look very aggressive. Only 4 stars for now only because of the road noise.
Great tire all around! Very low road noise, good in the rain also! Haven't had them long enough to test in snow yet. Installed them on a 21 Silverado trailboss! 100 times better than factory Goodyear Duracraps. So far very happy with my purchase!
Bought these to put on my Ram Rebel. They look great, they’re extremely quiet on the road, and the 3 peak snow rating is a nice bonus. The only downside - these things are HEAVY. 295/70r17 weigh about 70 pounds a piece. My old Toyo open country ATs, while not as good of a tire, were closer to 50 pounds each. This translated to a roughly 10% drop in gas mileage (from the already bad 17 to now 15ish) and a slightly more sluggish feeling when accelerating. If you don’t mind the weight and loss of mpg, or you’re already running heavy tires, these are probably the best all terrain tire I’ve had.
I bought a set of Mickey Thompson deegan 38 3 years ago, 60,000 mile tires. I now have 61, ooo+on them now . And probably can get another 5,0000. Unable to find a deegan 38s anymore looking at the Mickey Thompson Baja boss all terrain. Only a 50,000 mile tire. Anything close to what I've had I'll be happy.
Ok, first of all, these are very nice tires! Shipping was fast and free. BUT: the tires I bought in February 2024 were manufactured in November 2021! 2+ year old tires should not be sold as new! Rubber hardens with age. Where I work, we regularly take tires out of service after 5 years no matter how much tread wear they have. They simply cannot be trusted. If I could've easily returned these tires, I would have.
Buy these tires from Walmart on-line. Book an installation with my local Walmart. Get a call from them with a return phone numbers. Return the call, no answer on the phone, try several times. Finally get through the next day, person answering the call says everything is good see you when you get here. A little while later I get another phone call, this time they inform me that due to the size and characteristics of the sidewalls, their machines can't handle mounting the tire - "you can bring it in, but don't be surprised if we can't do it".I appreciate the call. I appreciate that they've apparently tried and failed in the past with larger All Terrain tires. Personnel did the best they could (except answering the phone). Corporate needs to refine their ordering process.
