Arrived quickly. Perfect condition and ready to ride!! Smooth and great height, great carry bag for travel and easy fold. Great base and sturdy for 11year old. Fast moving and handy stand when out so not dropped on ground!! Fab product great price…this is our 3rd micro, each one passed onto the next still in perfect condition!! 11yr, 7yr and 3yr. All love their micro scooters!!!!Love the accessories too!!! Bell, basket, helmets….

I bought this for my 10 year old daughter who loves to scooter. It is well built and good looking. The only issue is it has very low ground clearance so if there is a lump in the pavement it gets caught. She has had quite a bad fall on it before she realised it’s limitations. It has a solid metal piece under the foot platform which is the problem so you can’t go over speed bumps or any slightly uneven surfaces.

The instructions on how to "unfold" the scooter could be clearer and larger with more obvious arrows and if you're to push or pull something. Finally got the scooter up and running. This is a very well designed and manufactured product. Super solid construction. Leaving the best until last -- sooo much fun. I bought this for myself as a 60th birthday present. Riding along with the Grandkids was terrifying at first (they have no fear); after 10 mins of riding on those super smooth wheels I was immersed in the fun of scooting along the paths with the wind in my hair. Thanks for such a great product.

The scooter looks nice, it is not heavy and seems to be a good quality product too. However, it has a few drawbacks in my opinion; 1. The supporting piece underneath is very close to the surface so it is easy the scooter gets stuck on not pronounced elevations of the road which makes it stop instantly, increasing the risk of an accident or damage or the scooter. 2. You can feel every single imperfection of the road so unless the surface where you are riding is pretty flat it will be a very stiff ride. 3. The brake does not work as a mudguard, so if the floor is wet, your clothes will also be. 4. If the surface is wet it quite easy to loose the grip when you are turning on the sides even though the surface is rough.
Brilliant scooter. My son loves it and has used it much more than I thought he would. It folds up for storage as well as so it will fit easily in the boot of my car. It is very well made. The fold and unfold mechanism can be a bit tricky but it's not too bad once you've done it a few times. The design of the scooter is fab. We choose black and Orange rather than the cheaper silver design as I felt it would appear more to my son.
My wife is the main rider - “Love the colour scheme and it rides well. My only advice would be to take the other comments about how low it is very seriously. The first time I took it out around the neighbourhood, I scraped it at least 4 times - just on slight kerbs (no sudden drops) or parts of the path which had tree roots growing under them. I had to experiment on how to get across the smallest dips in the ground. The scratches are extremely visible under the base. Given the choice again, I would have gone for one with higher ground clearance. I recommend it, but only if you know you have very smooth pavements to ride on”
The scooter is very good. I love the colour and it is very pretty. The only problem is, that whenever I ride on rough surfaces, a rattling noise comes from the scooter. I think it's coming from the buttons used to fold the scooter. I've also noticed that this big-ish screw on thing on the bar comes loose on bumpy surfaces, and also makes a rattling noise so I need to screw it back on. Is anyone else having the same problem? is there any way I can fix this? I have a warranty just in case but it might be expired. Other than that, the height and the build quality is great, and makes scooting fun!
We have bought 6 scooters from this company, the first in 2009. We have had such problems with this model though. Despite light use we had the Kick stand falling off 3 times, the hinge bolts failing and even the carry strap snapping. Strangely customer services were fat from interested by eh second complaint and we don’t have the energy to do the right thing and hold themTo account. Maybe we were just unlucky with a dud scooter? Our larger adult scooters are much more resilient and pleasant to ride. My advice would be to steer well clear.
This is my second Micro. The first I received as a gift second hand. I contacted Micro for replacement parts for my second hand scooter and had the most wonder customer service. So when I was looking at buying one for my daughter for Christmas I knew where to go. My daughters Micro Speed + in mint is super cool. Such a lovely colour. Love that it folds right down, so I can easily throw in the car boot. Its truly a quality product and I know that if I ever have any problems, Micro will be there to help should I need it.I have already recommended Micro to all my friends and once my son outgrows his 3 wheel Micro, I will definitely be purchasing another Micro Scooter...
When we first received my sons Micro Speed+ scooter it was fantastic! However the past fortnight it has started making loud creaking sounds when my son rides it (he weighs 38kg, so it's not a weight issue). We have only had the scooter since mid January (2020), so having problems this early on was not expected, especially for such an expensive product. I have spoken to others who have also had the same issue, so this is not an isolated incident.
