Excellent value ????At about £20, this full and legal version of MS Office 365 Pro represents remarkable value! The only restriction is that use is limited to a single PC. Updates are included but unlike Office 365, newer versions are not.At a fraction of the cost of a rip-off single year subscription to Office 365, this, IMHO, is by far the better buy. It is compatible with Windows 10 & 11 - I run Windows 11 Pro.I purchased from the "MMI Shop" on Amazon and there were a couple of hiccups. The letter with the key and installation instructions didn't show up. However, on contacting the seller, I was immediately sent the relevant information by Amazon Message. Alas, the first Key didn't work but a new one was immediately provided which worked fine! The installation ... There is a 4+ GB download in the process so ensure you have a good internet connection! I use a 100 mbps 4G+ LTE router and the download took about 12 minutes. On completion of the installation, I checked my Microsoft Account and everything was registered correctly. A couple of new updates were available which I downloaded.Everything works fine and I rather like the new look and feel.My thanks to the MMI Shop for quick and effective support. I have saved a fortune.I am very pleased.10 people found this helpful

This is great option for those who want business class Microsoft apps at an affordable price. 365 home is available in two options, personal or family. The personal plan is good for one user with up to 5 devices. The family plan adds 6 users, 5 devices each and a total of 6 TB of cloud storage. All the office apps and an email account is included. The typical pricing is $70-$100 / year , depending on the plan you pick. Ironically Microsoft still offers the one time license for Office Home, and though it is cheaper, you don’t get the features , support, email and constant upgrades. With the subscription plans you always get the latest versions of the apps. We use the Enterprise version at my company and switching to the subscription plans versus the licensed version ... No Waiting For Snail Mail! This in the way of an update on some of the previous comments wondering why you had to wait for a postal delivery of something that could be sent by email.Well, maybe the company has taken heed. I ordered my copy of Office yesterday and received an email shortly after with the download link and licensing key. The download worked fine as did the activation key. It’s all quite legitimate as the product is registered with Microsoft and my own account there. There was some minor fiddling to do as the download didn’t open automatically or give an option do so manually. I found the necessary links supposedly in my Drive F (my DVD drive) even though it’s empty. But these were minor blips and quickly sorted. All the parts of Office now have their ... I found the necessary links supposedly in my Drive F (my DVD drive) even though it’s empty. But these were minor blips and quickly sorted. All the parts of Office now have their own icons in my programmes list. So far, I’ve only had a quick flick through them as my prime reason for ordering Office was Word (which I’m using to write this). But all seems present and correct. One final thing, when researching which version of Office I should buy, I came across an Office Pro (the one I chose) vs Office 365. The main pro with Pro (sorry) was that it was a one-time fee, unlike 365 which is an annual subscription. The main con, allegedly, was that unlike 365, it was not subject to ongoing updates and improvement. Well, when I registered it at Microsoft, I had a message saying it would receive updates, though it did not say for how long this would apply. All in all and so far as I can tell, this is an absolute bargain. A top quality product for a bargain basement price that should last for the life of my laptop.19 people found this helpful

We bought Microsoft 365 (Family subscription) to install on my Wife's new laptop and to update my very old version of Office.Although I consider my self fairly computer literate some stages of the installation were confusin. The worst challenge was trying to install Outlook to work with our ISP's email. The software offered many choices - none of which matched our needs and to multiply the confusion further we were being bombarded with other popups from the computer manufacturer, from our AntiVirus and a mcAfee pre-installed free trial. Eventually we found that the installation process had reset the port numbers for POP and SMTP ignoring the settings we entered only a few moments earlier. These settings seemed to need to be done in 'Exchange' - This product really ... These settings seemed to need to be done in 'Exchange' - This product really could benefit with a little bit of 'this is what you do' documentation.Installation of one of the other user subscriptions on my PC went a little better - but tried to install a 6-day free trial although I thought I was following the process kicked off by the subscription sharing email. It did inherit & install email settings from the old version - but you need to be patient with Microsoft's idea of 'this will take a few moments'Now it is installed it is working well
Microsoft 365 Family is an annual subscription software product that includes ACCESS (Database), EXCEL (Spreadsheet), OneNote (Notes), OUTLOOK (email), PowerPoint (Presentation). PUBLISHER (Brochures), and WORD (Text software). These are premium office applications that are extremely popular in the business world. I have been using these apps for more than two decades. I have used other software on WINDOWS computers, but they were slightly buggy. With your purchase you get 1 TB of cloud storage (OneDrive) per user. The Family version allows you to have up to 6 users on 5 devices. I found OneDrive to be slightly confusing, even after several years of using it. I believe Microsoft needs to simplify it for home users.I highly recommend this excellent product to all.
We purchased this and installed the product on multiple devices. In the year, we have used this product less than a dozen times. Primarily on our personal computer and even then, the constant tweaks have made the changes SO very irritating to use this product's applications! We have been using iMac since 2010 when our IBM compatible pc hard drive failed and lost all our data. ( and not the first time, either! ) We do not have the money to waste on yearly subscriptions and the product tweaks are just window dressing anyway. From the previous reviews we have read and personal experience, we do not trust digital licenses. We would rather have the physical media on hand, in our home library. We like Microsoft but not enough to waste our money on paying a yearly usage fee.
I purchased Office 365 to go along with a new desktop. The installation was relatively easy, seeing as I was moving from Office 2016. The whole process was straightforward and everything opened as expected, as long as you had an account already established. The only real issue I had related to Outlook and getting it configured to accept/connect with existing profile definition. I don't think it was a problem with the product but rather establishing the connection based on IMAP or POP values. It's all greek to me since I'm more of a mainframe programmer than a PCer. Anyway, after quite a bit of trial/error, I was able to get Outlook to work and pull up my stored emails in the old PST file, as well as all the new queued up emails (400+)It was an "interesting" ... I'm just happy with both the new desktop and being current with 365. Would do it again...
Microsoft 365 Family is a terrific product, I have been using it for several years with my family and am very happy with what it offers. I will not go into detailed review here as many have already described it well.I do want to highlight a caveat with this version from Best Buy. Check the fine print. This is an "Auto-Renewing Subscription". This version ties the payment to Best Buy (not MS) - so you cannot manage it from your Microsoft Account. You must manage it thru Best Buy. For some this may be convenient. However, it could pose a problem if you want to extend your subscription on the MS site, or using a Physical Card purchased from another retailer.Just consider your options before you buy this version.
