I am very disappointed with this software. I have used it for years but just bought a new computer and software and Outlook is not working with my AT&T email. The Geek Squad has worked on it twice and cannot get it to work. I also understand that they are having the same problem with Comcast/Infinity. This software has no value if you cannot correspond through email. Since this is a known problem it would seem to me that Microsoft could work things out. This is the first product that I have bought when support is not available for a vital part of the package. I would appreciate any updates that anyone has on this issue. The only bright part of this is I am a Best Buy Beta member I can still return the computer and software which I am considering.

When they release new apps, they often integrate with M365 right away to improve the functionality of the M365 package and apps that you already use. Love OneNote and Excel. I have personally been enjoying the new version of OneNote, but have most enjoyed the new version of Excel with new formulae being available (XLOOKUP being my favourite). With almost all correspondence being sent through Outlook, it is hard to imagine a problem that Microsoft 365 does not address here.

It frequently shuts down on its own, requiring me to restart my laptop.All my Office programs often show a banner telling me an updated version is available. When I click on it, nothing happens. Almost all my OFFICE programs have locked up at one time or another.Twice, I've gotten blue screen crashes citing CRITICAL STRUCTURE CORRUPTION. And this is on a laptop that is less than 3 months old!The Geek Squad folks have tried to help but they seem unable to fix these problems.I gave MS OFFICE 1 star because there is no option for zero stars.
Microsoft 365 has been something I have had on my PC for a number of years and I have found Excel and Word to be extremely valuable to me in my family record keeping and correspondence. I would be lost without both of these products.For years before I my computers I had to maintain all my records and write all my correspondence by pen or pencil and that was never as neat and a presentable for my work. Then making correction or additions or other modifications or notation was a pain. Now 365 has allowed me to maintain excellent records and always provide work I am proud to share with others in my family and friends or business associates.
