I've been using Microsoft for 4 decades in the legal profession. Technology has been integrated into courtrooms across the nation and without question Microsoft has been the singular software that is used across all courts. Judges require Microsoft documents to be submitted as in California all submissions are now e-filings. The courts also use Microsoft products and compatible products such as Elmo presentation devices, desktop and laptops computers for judges and clerks. Professionals in any field using the software have the ability to test the high range of available applications that work across a variety of platforms and learn to use the product so they can integrate their professional needs with their desktop or laptop computers and tables and/or phones. There is no greater product for use with professionals. It's easy to learn and more user friendly than any Apple product. Android devices will connect seamlessly with the tablet and content can be shared across cellular devices, including Apple with compatiblity applications. I highly recommend this product from Microsoft for anyonein any profession.

I’ve purchased this electronically after I purchased a new dell laptop. This has been a life safer in creating, editing, and sharing PDF’s. Word is always a solid product in what needs to be produced. PowerPoint is always good to have and know how to use while working in a business and/or office environment. Overall, a fanatic product that won’t let you don’t & has everything needed to be successful. I would have rated 5 stars but with all software needing to be repurchased it gets expensive throughout the years. Dreaming of the days where the software wasn’t an “app” and one time purchases were still in existence. ☁️

I am a little bit of a “dinosaur” in the tech industry, as I dislike cloud programs, like Google Docs, etc. - but I have and always will love Microsoft Office. This is the suite of word processing programs I learned on, and will always love. Microsoft is tried and true, and just reliable. I will never not love using it. I only gave “4” stars, as I *highly* dislike Office 360 and the subscription requirements. The software “subscriptions,” that were one and done (ie. Not for a year term, etc), are antiquated, yes - but made it so much easier. I have a permanent product key on one of my laptops (from a work offer), but I have not “renewed” my subscription on my other laptop. However, it’s a necessary evil, since I can’t stand working on Google Docs, etc. I do, however, love the online OneNote program/cloud aspect, and convince all of my coworkers to use it to collaborate on docs, etc.

I use MS Word on a daily basis for work (I’m a children’s author) so I‘ve had many, many hours’ experience with the program. I also use MS PowerPoint when I teach writing workshops or do school presentations. I’m strictly reviewing the Mac versions of each program. And... they’re not great. I can’t tell you the soul-crushing despair I’ve felt when Word crashed without warning, destroying many hours of intense labor. Or how much time I’ve lost trying to put together a PPT presentation while the program lags and ruminates and blacks out repeatedly, drastically slowing my work process. I use Office as an aspiring fiction author, but find it useful for other productivity needs as well. Love: Features are abundant and normally easy enough to master (especially if you have enough patience to watch a 5-minute YouTube tutorial video). Universal theme across all software— you’ll always know where save, open, or page formatting are regardless if you’re in Word, Excel, or PowerPoint. Like: Generally a very stable experience, although certain functions will still cause slowdown or freezes. Loathe: I don’t like the annual subscription model. Call me old school, but I prefer to only pay for a product once, even if it risks falling into the realm of antiquated.

The fact that there are college courses for the sole purpose of teaching you how to use all of the features of Microsoft office should tell you how complicated it really is. There are options for options and features for features. Now, with that said, if you are very tech savvy, Office can be ok. I found the entire Office Suite to be very NOT user friendly. It can be VERY overwhelming for a first time user, or even a seasoned user. Office is incredibly OVER PRICED. The only saving grace on the cost factor is that Microsoft offers Office online for free. But, if you do not have an internet connection, well, you see where I’m going with that. Also, BRING BACK THE PAPER CLIP!

I am not happy about the fact that Microsoft turned their Office Suite into a subscription. I realize that subscriptions are the way to ensure ongoing funding, but it just irks me that I have to pay for the same thing every year. Yes, they "update" it, but the updates aren't really worth it in my opinion. Microsoft has a very poor user experience, where they keep cramming things into their programs and it has gotten more and more buggy and complex. I used to exclusively use free/open source word processing and spread sheet documents, but when you have to share with others, who of course have Office, it is harder to coordinate and share documents. In the end, I end up using it because everyone is using it, so I really have to us it, but that doesn't mean I like it.

I always loved working on Microsoft office. I chose this bundle because I was the only one who used it for my school work. Excel is great for budgeting your finances. Word is an incredible tool for resumes and writing long, but easy to read essays. If you need a visible representation of what you’re explaining, PowerPoint will explain the facts while keeping things interesting. OneNote is great at keeping your notes clean while Outlook manages everything else. It’s a fair price for all the appliances you’re receiving. I haven’t had many problems with Office 365. It’s one of the few software I’ve put my trust in because it’s so reliable

Fully functional, many businesses seem stuck on Microsoft. Everything is easy enough to navigate once you have learned one version. The Help function is super useful. I have noticed at precious jobs that employees that lied and said they were familiar with MS had issues navigating the system since it is not as intuitive as Apple. Who knows - I am comfortable with both and believe it simply takes a bit of effort when initially learning. I know that MS has tutorials on its website and YT us full of people walking through solutions to problems both common and complex. If you understand how a file cabinet works and you can at least click a mouse you should have no problem with any MS program.
