I was hesitant to purchased based on some other reviews. Eventually due to the very low price I decided to take the risk. VERY happy that I did. For 10% of what Dell was offering with the purchase of my laptop. I ordered one afternoon and by next morning had an email from seller with detailed instructions and codes. I deleted all the Office 365 apps that came preloaded on the laptop (per the instructions). I then downloaded the software. I have a very poor internet connection so it took over 1/2 hour to download the complete file. Once downloaded I tried to activate using the key code supplied in the email. This activation failed as it said it had been used too many times. Called Microsoft and after a few slightly confusing automated choices was asked if I wanted to activate via a "smart" phone. I did and they sent a text message with a link. Once I clicked that link I entered a very long string on numbers into my phone and then was given another very long string on numbers to enter into the laptop. Once I did that the software was activated and it automatically connected up to MS account and brought in all my pinned documents from the cloud as well as my Outlook mail, contacts and calendars. Took all of 15 minutes. At this point I am very please with the purchase.
