Microsoft Office 365 Personal 1 Year

I recently used 2GOSoftware.eu to purchase and install software, and I must say, it was a seamless experience. Their software is 100% legitimate, and I was able to install it safely and securely. I appreciated their excellent customer service, as they were always available to answer my questions and assist me with any issues I encountered. I highly recommend 2GOSoftware.eu for anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy platform to buy, install, and use software.

Still early days using Microsoft 365 under an annual licence arrangement, instead of purchasing the product outright, so may be a while before I know how worthwhile it is. I have found some elements confusing when it comes to downloading, installing and activating different elements - it isn't always clear that a whole programme has been installed and it is only when going to use it that I realise more is needed. Would have preferred a clear option to install and activate everything.

A Good Buy. Highly recommended

Everything went smoothly with the download and 365 seems to be doing everything expected of it. I have only one very minor problem which is probably my own fault. Every time it opens I get a screen regarding M/S automatic update, which I cannot close unless I use Force Quit.

Difficult and frustrating installation

I'm sure it is a great product and it was a necessary purchase to support the use of Word on my lovely new Macbook Air. But I wish it could have been easier. I have always considered myself quite tech savvie but installation of this product has to be the most complicated and frustrating process I have ever had the misfortune to be involved with. I spent almost 3 hours on it, going round in circles, getting error messages, or messages that told me I was 'timed out' and others. I was unable to fathom what was the root to the problem and almost lost the will to live (to coin a phrase). In the end I had to leave it and come back to it the next day, I managed then to get Word &Excel going but Outlook still defies me. Easy and simple

Was a bit concerned I wouldn't get it to work but at that price it was worth the risk. Turns out it was very simple to set up and all instructions emailed straight away, I was up and running and creating my first newsletter in minutes. Very happy, saved alot of money and we all need that right now! Will be buying again for my home computer.

Excellent!

It’s been a week but so far the licence key is working and has resurrected my MS Office suite of apps that had shut down on me after my last one ended. ThisProduct was at a fantastic price and is keeping my business going. I also bought virus protection and it added the product key to my existing Norton account with no issues at all and is working well on 3 laptops and 4 phones. I’ll definitely be recommending this company and using them again. Thanks guys!

Microsoft 365 Personal

I do not think Microsoft 365 is any good. It is all a money grab from the software businesses (Annual subscriptions). Several years ago, Microsoft Onedrive was 15gb. Microsoft has reduced that 15gb to 5gb just so they can introduce an annual subscription and make the customer pay, pay, pay.

Not what I expected

I thought Microsoft 365 would simply update my out of date Microsoft Office package but it did not. It took hours to download and does not mesh with Office but instead is a new stand-alone programme. Word is very different and I am still figuring out the mechanics of doing what I want. A work in progress, as I don't use my laptop every day. I think, once I have mastered it, it will be fine.

changing Times

I was used to Office 2007 which had served me very well but times and technology move on so I've had to move up to 365. I am still getting used to the basics and fortunately my primary use is for Word and Outlook so it's not so difficult. I am getting used to it and it works just fine. However, I continue year by year to be perplexed with many of the changes to the basics which seem to me are changes for the sake of changing. Good basics are good basics, do we really have to insert new knobs and whistles and then keep polishing them. Change happens, a fact of life, but it feels to me like a new car having a couple of new buttons on the dash display every year. Such is progress I suppose. For sure 365 does the job but how nice it would be if it didn't have to keep evolving the minutiae (bring back Windows7) I had all sorts of problems getting it installed and running, due primarily to my incompetence. However, after many support attempts to put me right we eventually had a TeamViewer link and it was sorted in minutes. 365 was an excellent price and Dave in support delivered me from myself!
