Disappointing. No thumbsticks and impossible to buy them is one reason this is useless. Why not make the two giant pads directional sticks? The The buttons are so huge why not have four buttons for all 4 inputs? Also. Just put sticks on there ..why not??? Also the accessories are a craw wired mess and are terrible for allergies. Give two stars cause I wish they'd try again and make something better.

This hub is really great for organizing and customizing your accessibility needs for playing video games. I used a converter to allow my Nintendo switch to use this controller, so I cant speak to how it works with Xbox games. It has been very useful in bypassing my debilitating carpal tunnel so that I can play animal Crossing without pain.

Amazing to have something like this from the original equipment manufacturer. No longer do we have to buy a $70 controller, take it apart to hotwire switch ports on it, and hope that it works when we put it back together. A huge step to making gaming inclusive. Â Nintendo and Sony, where are you on this? Thank you Microsoft and Xbox!

For one, joysticks. Specific assessable joysticks are specialty items and very expensive. Then there's the set up and how to secure them and keep them from moving etc. Logitech has a decent button set but not everything's gonna work for everyone. That's why they don't really give anything in the box along with this. It's basically a hub. There are two buttons on it and a D pad to start but You'll need more buttons obviously to play a game. Sony will be releasing adaptive controller that include joystick, so not stuck paying $150+ per stick ( unless you need specific attachment.)
I needed to add accessibility for our video game console. Makes controlling the game much more manageable for my wife who has trouble handling the smaller standard controller. Easy to program.
One point docked for the cross controller. That controller is stiff and my hand cramped using it. If the cross controller was better, this would have been a really fun way to play NES gamesBy itself, the gigantic buttons are nice. They are designed to be pressed by the elbows and so forth. I was able to rest my hand on one of them and it indeed was a button press. Not good for rapid presses, but really good for their use case, plus it can allow someone to use different motions vs a controller. This is enough of a game changer to enable someone to play more gamesWiring extra buttons is incredibly simple. You get a 3.5mm plug (mono makes it easier for most buttons) and you just have to find a way to touch the two wires together. That's it! Simple, dumb, but simple ... MoreOne point docked for the cross controller. That controller is stiff and my hand cramped using it. Must have gotten abused in shipping or is just low quality. The buttons don’t stick but it acts like you’re holding the button down if you just tap it. Completely unusable
Excellent controller option. Works with many different things. I'm able to use this on my PC as well as the PS3 and the Nintendo Switch if I pair it with an Xbox controller and the Cronus Zen adapter.
I use this with my PS4 since Sony doesn’t make one for PlayStation. It cost a little more than I wanted to spend to get it to work but it was worth it. If u plan on using this on PS4 ull have to buy a controller converter I bought the Titan Two which was around $100. But it’s plug and play and easy to connect. The Xbox adaptive controller lets u add whatever kind of pedal or button or trigger u want as long as it has the 3.5mm jack connection.
The lack of support for this item is astounding from Microsoft. They advertise using a compatible joystick that does not even work with it. They made this and then forgot about it.
