Very happy with the Surface Laptop Go. Quality product with good performance. Ideal size for midrange PC user and well integrated with the Microsoft product suite.

I needed a compact, lightweight laptop with a camera. Having used the surface tablet before this seemed like a good option & it definitely is. Quick, light, clear screen. Perfect for a standard user for web access, documents etc.

Best Laptop ever

Dont get it

I have had this laptop for a year now. It is pretty good but it heats up quickly and randomly lags. Although it is touchscreen as well, it can get abit glitchy if used in a prolonged use of time. The battery life is decent at first, but months after using it it can only last 1 hr. It dies quickly, i regret buying this laptop

Faulty

This product wouldnt work without being plugged in, even when battery was fully charged. Unable to complete updates. The store was horrible would only replace with a lower model. Better service at competition

Great laptop, lightweight

Microsoft Laptop has its own high built premium quality. The battery life is great.

Light weight and easy to use.

Light weight and easy to use. Had some issues after software update and jbhifi replaced the product with 0 cost(since I had a jbhifi coverage)

Updating issues

This laptop's design and colour are really beautiful, probably why I brought it because it's a pretty laptop .The keyboard feels amazing to type on and the computer screen is high quality with the right resolution the picture quality is quite good the touchscreen works very well ,I'm a fan of the fingerprint button it works effortlessly with no glitches no passwords needed, the sound quality is also really good it's very light which is convenient for travel.Only one issue is I'm constantly having to update it ,or there's an issue with updating the system .

good laptop charge doesnt last for even light and amazing bad charger falls out alot but overall really good recommend for students (high school/collage)
