Perfect control in every game I play.Thumbstick tensioning is amazing and the ability to have hair trigger responses takes my gaming to the next level.The component pack is a must have for more precise control.

1# Great elite controller at a great price

Bought this as I already own a series II elite controller and wanted another fir my son , IM loving the new colour design of this model and the price ,it didn’t come with the paddles or desktop charger, butSince it was $80.00 cheaper than buying the original series II elite for $279.00.It’s definitely a good deal , with its built in battery … battery life is amazing with 40 hours game play on a single charge . If u want a elite controller and arnt worried about the loss of the paddles not being supplied then definitely buy this . As you will save $$$

Don't west your time

My girlfriend bought this controller for me on my birthday, just play few hours, the right configuration will move itself even I didn't touch it, the next day I change new one, the LB no working, so don't west your time.

Faulty after less than eight hours of use

The RB button keeps flicking on and off, making it completely unusable. This seems to be a common problem with these controllers, so I'm now requesting a warranty replacement. My first eight hours of use was terrific, and it felt like a great upgrade compared to both a regular controller and the Series 1, but if this is the level of quality then it's absolutely not worth your time or money. The Series 1 was excellent, robust and well-made, but the Series 2 is woeful.

Great controller if you need to replace an Elite 2

I bought this to replace my Xbox 2 Elite that I spilled wine on and it stopped working. The Core feels a bit lighter in the hands, which I find to be a benefit. Whilst some may prefer a slightly heavier feel (to some might feel more premium), for me the lighter controller still retains the premium aesthetic whilst feeling a little more repsonsive when gaming on COD. IMPORTANT: this controller only comes with charging cable, two thumbsticks and on D-pad. It doesn't come with rear paddles, extra thumbsticks, second D-pad or the charging case. If these things are important to you, you'll need to get the Elite 2 and not the core version, or buy these peripherals in addition. Nice controller

Wot a fine piece it is the weight is perfect awsum battery life and the sticks and buttons are so smooth. Highly recommended. Still love my Duke controller more tho lol

Not backwards compatible

I didn't read enough into the Series 2 and purchased the core thinking I would be able to use the existing thumbsticks from my Series 1 Elite controller. Unfortunately, you can't use the old sticks and I will now have to purchase them separately. Controller itself is definitely an improvement over the Series 1 and pairs to iPad as well.

Xbox Elite Series 2 Core Controller

Really happy with the controller, not so happy with the controllers cost when you add in the cost of the accessories pack which is needed otherwise the cost of the controller alone is hard to justify.

solid controller but has so issues

This controller is a solid replacement for the elite series 2 controller it does pretty much all the same things but small catch it doesn't come with any of the paddles for the extra buttons on the bottom which was fine for me cause i also on a elite series 2 controller. also not sure if this happens with all of these controller but when pressing the A B Y X buttons on my one it doesn't always register so I have to press really hard to make the button work.

trigger stoppers and controller in general

i think that this controller is not worth the $200 but it isnt a bad controller. it has 3 different modes for the trigger stoppers to fit your liking. the back padols are nice as what i have heard from (i dont use back padols as i play claw so theres no need for me to use them)
