Have enjoyed this product to clean up noise hairs. It does a good job for that task. The built-in light is not much help for noise hair clean-up, as it points outward and not up.

Does what it is supposed to do. Isn't pink and purple like the one the wife uses. This one is manly black. Could use a nice red racing stripe though.

The microtouch it worked prefect. I had problems with hair in the inside of my ears. The angle was just right to reach those unwanted hairs in the enter ear. The eyebrow trim worked so well I told my friends they all needed this trimmer. Gray trimmer for the price!
I had seen this on a prior visit and when I went in to purchase it around the holiday It was sod out. I went in several times and finally it was in store. This was as I expected but this item is battery powered by disposable battery. I would have liked it better had it been a rechargeable battery. Microtouch works well and is a good solid purchase other then you have to keep purchasing batteries.
Too complicated with attachments! Just wanted a simple nose hair trimmer. The other thing that made me return it was the battery when correctly inserted did not make the trimmer turn on.
TV ad presents this as the 2nd coming but it is a bearly adequate nose hair trimmer, not an increadible grooming machine. 1st one I received stop working after a week. 2nd one acts like the battery is going dead, even after being replaced with a fresh battery. Perhaps I am expecting too much but this item sets a pretty low bar. One more (annoying) thing... the On/Off "switch" is a teeny, tiny black on black button on the back handle which cannot be seen or felt without considerable and unnecessary effort.
My husband's trimmer fell out of the cabinet and broke. He freaked because he really liked and needed that trimmer. He had me search for an exact replacement. He was thrilled that I found the same trimmer with the added feature of a light. Very happy hubby!
I've bought several of this make (and tried several others) over the years, and the Microtouch far outperforms the other brands. It's less expensive, easier to control, and yields a closer trim with the least amount of irritation. The reason I bought it at my local CVS wasn't because of price, although coupons made it competitive; their excellent & relationship-oriented staff is why I shop there.
This was not exactly what I thought I was ordering for him, but he is getting used to it and now he really likes it. Says the battery is lasting a long time, many times being used and still strong. It is small and light weight, so at first it seemed "dinky" but it does a very nice job of keeping his beard at that "day-old" look that I like for him. Has not tried the other attachments for orifice trimming.
