Excellent little machine. Perfect for 1 to 2 people. Washes really well. Fits perfectly on one side of my double kitchen sink. Added a small connection to fit onto my kitchen tap so no need to fill machine manually. I love it. Definatley value for money :)

Great little dishwasher. Washes dishes brilliantly. I don't use the eco cycle as it takes too long but the 1 hour cycle does the job. I find that you can jam a few more dishes in it if you put your mind to it. This is definitely a lazy person's item as you could hand wash the amount of dishes that fit in it in 5 mins. But happy with the purchase and it is a quality product.

We had some initial issues getting it to work but this has since resolved and we've been running it for around 4-6 weeks. After waiting for about 3 weeks over Christmas for it to be delivered, it didn't work properly straight out of the box. For context, we're running it by manually filling the tank rather than connecting it to a tap as we don't have a suitable tap for it. At first it wouldn't recognise the full tank and kept trying to find the tap, which would make it error and not run. We packed it up and sent it back to Midea, who tested it with no issues and sent it back. This process took another 3-4 weeks to contact customer support, wait to be sent a shipping label, post it from Brisbane to Melbourne and back, and of course having it tested. I guess the dishwasher just needed an interstate holiday before working for us, which was extremely frustrating at the time.I think we may have caused the glitch at first as we started filling the tank before turning it on the first time. You're meant to turn the unit on first so the screen lights up, then start filling until it beeps and the little tap indicator turns off. TIP: using the fill jug that comes with the unit, you will need 3x jugs full plus about 200ml. Pour slowly to avoid splashback and use two hands to avoid slipping and spilling (like I did). The unit comfortably fits a whole day's dishes for two people, but only fits entree sized plates or smaller. It does not fit pots, pans, standard sized chopping boards or larger wooden spoons or knives, though you would expect it not to as it's a mini countertop model. When it has finished a wash cycle, you will want to turn it on and off to reset it otherwise it will keep blowing the dryer fan intermittently and chewing up power. I haven't yet had a power bill since running it but I do know its energy rating isn't great. It needs to sit close to the sink so the drain hose can reach, unless you were to put on a longer hose or let it drain into a bucket on the floor. Overall, it's a great little unit for reducing the number of dishes we have to wash up each day, especially cutlery (which I find to be the most tedious part of washing up by hand). Well worth the $350 we spent.

I love everything about this thing. The glass wash setting makes the sparkle, all other was setting was the dishes great. Single parent house so I put a load (2 if it’s a weekend) on the 1 hour was every night and everything is clean and dry. No where to put a dishwasher in our kitchen, so the fact I can fill it with the jug is amazing. Just make sure you turn the power on and fill until the machine beeps like crazy haha. Basically the only things that don’t fit are my chopping board and my stupidly large scan pan frying pan. Everything else gets washed and then put away meaning I have a little more time for that glass of wine in between evening chores 😉.Shipped like the wind.
I bought this product because there is only me and I didn't have room to put in a normal dishwasher or want to go to the expense of having a plumber hook it up even if I could find the room. It is quite small, so it wouldn't be suitable for a family or even maybe two people unless you use it multiple times a day. I sometimes fill it twice a day. I use a half hour wash for dishes that aren't too dirty and the hour wash for normal dinner time. Some things just don't fit in there, like a big skillet, the metal part and the length of the handle just don't fit. It is easy to use and I had it up and running really quickly with no problems. It won't fit dinner plates standing up, you have to lean it across, rather than straight up. It won't fit dinner plates standing up, you have to lean it across, rather than straight up. As I'm going along with it and learning how to stack it better, I'm really happy. Because of downstairs person complaining about noise at night I couldn't wash up after 9.30 p.m. which is about when I wanted to do it and so dirty dishes on the bench, then starting work as soon as I got up (work from home) I didn't have time or want to do dishes first thing in the morning, but with this little dishwasher I now have no dishes on the bench. Goal achieved, I come into the kitchen in the morning and benches all clean. It is kind of fun to fill it up, like puzzle pieces, fill it up with water and put it on, so I'm very happy with my purchase. It won't suit everyone, but it suits me fine.
Perfect for us! We’re a retired couple who want to wash dishes daily but don’t generate enough washing up to fill a full size dishwasher. We hate leaving dirty dishes sitting for days until the dishwasher is full. This unit is also great for washing all the glassware separately after a larger dinner party. Installation was easy. We chose not to plumb it in so it’s easy to move to a new location if required. Recommending to other similarly placed couples and singles.
The dishwasher arrived but the wrong colour - white, not silver but no big issue with that. Works well and washes acceptably although a little noisy as the lower arm makes a knocking noise when rotating. The biggest issue is, standard 27cm dinner plates do not fit - the biggest that will fit is 24/25cm - this should be made clear prior to purchase. I would probably not have bought this if I had known beforehand. The inner dimensions should be made clear!
My husband and I hate doing chores. Having this, cleaning dishes become more manageable. Firstly, we need to buy new dinner plates, side plates, and bowls. We bought the cheapest one from IKEA. My husband uses side plates for his breakfast and lunch, meanwhile dinner with dinner plates. Buy 1kg detergent at Aldi, and rinse it before put into dishwasher. You also need to buy new mugs and glasses that suits to the dishwasher. I highly recommend to other people who is renting in small space. This assistance is really helpfull. You can load more than 1 time during the day. I usually use the rapid one, to save the electricity.
This is a great little dish washer to keep you going, if you're in a small apartment or on the road travelling (e.g. motor home, AirBnB) and you have modest amounts of dishes on a daily basis. The fact it doesn't need plumbing is super handy. The water can be poured into the top, and the used water can simply go into a bucket if need be.Alternatively, the water and waste pipes can be plumbed for additional convivence for longer placements. For families, this is probably too small, but for individuals or ad hoc usage it's the perfect companion.
Great little bench top dishwasher. No bending down to empty or fill. Cannot use tablets as the programs range from 30 minutes to 2 hours 55 minutes. Uses 6 grams of powder per load .Everything comes out sparkling and dry ,even on an hour program. Was annoying to use when you had to fill it with water each time from above. Purchased a washing machine hose plus a three way tap,now auto fills each time , was a pain to get all the correct bits to get hose fitting. Please note the biggest plates you can fit in it are 23cm tall , would recommend the corelle square luncheon plates as these fit perfectly. It also only takes about 1/6-1/4 of a standard dishwasher load to be full. Great size for a single person or a campervan.
