I actually LOVE this AI. I wish I didnt waste all the time hesitating to buy it. We dont have time to clean as often as we should and we have 4 pets so the need is definitely there. The Roomba is turned on (from wherever we are) once to twice a week and I get to come home to a clean house. Its wonderful. Because the house was quite dirty upon first use the rollers showed wear after only 24 hours but customer service was easy and pleasant to deal with and replaced it immediately with no issues whatsoever. No issues since. Customer service is also Australian... massive bonus. I wanted to give a star less because the vacuum bags are ridiculously expensive and not environmentally friendly AT ALL but I just couldn’t. Too happy with the product. Changing from a gas cooktop to induction following installation of solar power we were sure we’d miss the speed and flexibility of gas. The Miele has in fact outperformed the gas and is much cleaner and kinder to our pots and pans…
I am in love with my Roomba, it has been a game changer for my busy lifestyle. Definitely worth the money and gets into corners well. Just a tip, you can buy replacement bags a lot cheaper on ebay.
Seemed a bit random at first, but there is methods in its madness. The vacuum bags are disposable, I would have liked to be able to empty and reuse at least once. It’s a bit noisy, especially when emptying. Does a brilliant vacuum. Happy with my purchase
