So pleased I chose this model, having the pause -and + on the handle area is such a bonus. I really like hard floor head that comes with this model, best one I've ever used. The delivery to my chosen local shop was satisfactory. I always buy my electrical/tech products from John Lewis as the two year guarantee is a great addition. And of course the after sales is second to none. Having to buy bags is a bit of a pain, but I still chose this model of the bagless ones. I would definitely recommend.

After many years with a Dyson, I decided to change back to a bagged vacuum as I hated the clouds of dust and dirt from the bagless. This Meile was my first choice and I have to say it's been absolutely fantastic and the dark blue colour really is beautiful too!I just wish Meile would do a soft brush similar to that of Dysons for hard floors but that's only a small thing.I love the way the accessories are hidden within the body and are tucked away until they're needed keeping it all very neat. Very quiet compared to old Kenmore. Cleans my new hardwood floors very well, which is why I ordered it. The carpet cleaner head also works well with my short nap throw rugs. The hose is very light since it does not have to hold electrical wiring inside of it, but this make it feel sort of flimsy. The canister itself is all plastic so I don't know how well it will hold up in the long run, but that is what makes it so light and easy to maneuver. The shipment was very promptly delivered from Canada. All in all, I am very pleased with my purchase.

I have had this hoover for about 6 weeks now, and I've tried it on various floors and furnishings. The different suction powers are great, and fully adjustable on the handle, as well as being able to power it on and off quickly and easily too. You can easily turn the power down to avoid pulling the carpets up at the edges, and then back up again, at the press of a button. The 6 programmes include curtains, rugs, soft furnishing, silent, carpet and hard floors.The handy tools are stored conveniently under the flip lid, and include everything you will possibly need. The power cable is longer than the previous Miele that I had, which now means I can clean the whole downstairs without having to unplug. When I broke up my relationship I left everything behind including this which I was devastated. I purchased this one now as I already knew the brand and how good their products are and I'm so happy with it, I live I'm a busy home, with a little toddler that drops so much food on the floors and me also I can't lie, but my mairln issue is definitely hair! Really pleased with this. My old Miele is still working after 22 years, but I took advantage of an offer price to update. New model is lighter and a joy to use. Nice controls on the handle. Brush heads are big, with the usual smaller tools stored inside. Never been tempted by other brands. The Miele looks great and does a great job too. Can highly recommend.
Absolutely Brilliant Hoover. Having previously been the proud owner of two Miele Vacuum Cleaners this model has simply got to be the very best thus far. It is extremely efficient and the parquet floor head is just brilliant, it gets into every corner and you can hoover right up to the skirting boards and it actually picks up the tiniest specs of dust and debris. Although it has a smaller motor than our outgoing machine it is just as efficient and and less noisy - so an improvement all round. Top Marks.
I was in need of a new vacuum after our bag free upright decided to give up! I had some reservations about moving to a smaller vacuum with a dust bag but should not have worried! What a surprise. The unit arrived well packaged and was an attractive blue in colour. The smaller hand tools were neatly stowed within the unit under a flap that when lifted reveals them. What was surprising was the portability of the unit which was easy to manoeuvre around the house. As for putting it to use the vacuum had a number of features and suction levels. The vacuum when set to work was amazing. The suction levels were tested using the different tools and the performance was outstanding both on carpeted areas and laminate flooring. Wanted a cleaner that was easier to use than my old one as I have pain and strength issues. The tube part is heavier than my previous vacuum (a Henry) but I find the comfort handle and especially the switches being located there much easier to use. The cleaner itself is also easier to manoeuvre and the wide head means the job gets done alot faster. Suction seems really good on both carpets and hard floors and I like having a different head for them both. I alsoIke the way the tube part slots into the side of the body for storage. Overall really pleased and bought when on offer which was a help.
I have gone through all the vacuums over the years and finally returned to Miele. I should have years ago, but I needed to try the new products. It was a waste of time. I have had my new Miele for 2 weeks, and my home looks better. It's quiet and so powerful. The control panel on the vacuum's handle is genius! love that control without having to stop vacuuming and saving all that bending down all the time. I love it
