I will update this review after I use the vacuum a few more times. Put the vacuum together, which was easy to do. Shipping was delayed, but Wayfair did notify me of this. The vacuum is high-quality, and has attachments, I’ve specifically wanted this type of vacuum because it has a sealed HEPA filter, which is supposed to be good for allergies or asthma. My previous vacuum was an upright. Being that I no longer have carpeting, I didn’t want to spend a lot of money, but I was hoping to get a vacuum that will last me a long time. Will post some pictures and update the review after using a few times on the new flooring, which is a luxury laminate flooring, looking forward to hopefully having less dust in the home with this type of vacuum. This thing is incredible!! I currently own both a Dyson and a Bissel (both upright and bagless) wanted to try a Miele (cannister and bagged) to see if it would be better for clearing out the cat hair and huge amount of dust we tend to have. .....and also for cleaning my stairs. Most of our home is wood flooring with rugs. The Meile has hands down the best suction. I am totally in love with this little jewel. Be sure you get the Turbo Head as you'll want it for your area rugs and low pile carpet.

Pros: An excellent vacuum cleaner, great at cleaning all surfaces, not too noisy and not too heavy. It has a lovely long power cord that recoils quickly. It is easy to use and it is easy to reduce the power for carpeted areas, in fact I have hardly needed to use it on full suction.Cons: For some reason I have pinched the skin on my fingers a couple of times when shortening the tube with the brush, it may be that I just need to get used to the tube.

I bought this few weeks ago. I wasn't sure which Miele to buy. I was looking also for bagless options. I have chosen this C3 Complite pure because of the offer in Robert D. I am happy with the decision. Very strong suction. My carpet's colour start changing looks bright and even brushed:),amazing. The only thing that I didn't like is the smell. I also order some capsules for smelling but will try them in second bag. I used to use a bagless (dyson) so the smell which comes from the bag is not good I hope I will fix this issue soon.
Excellent vacuum, Miele are the best. I bought one in 2007 and it just quit this year. Before it quit I thought it was still doing a great job. Then we got our new one and I can hear it picking up the finer sand or dirt. So this is even stronger. Great for living in farm country. They are so quiet. Love, love, love
This vacuum is simply amazing, well worth the money. It offers three choices of vacuum power depending on the soil level of the carpet. It is hard to believe the amount of dust, etc. in the canister after vacuuming. After a few uses, removal of battery to recharge and emptying the canister became much easier.The demonstration and the features of this vacuum from the gentleman at Vac Connection sold us on the vacuum. Although we thought it quite expensive, it has proven that it is worth every dollar.
Good Points: This is a great vacuum. It’s well made it picks up really well. The tools and attachments are easy to change.Improvement Points: I wish there was a small pet tool with rotating brushes as well as the larger floor head tool. This would be better for stairs and the settee.
I clean professionally and had to replace my vacuum asap. Was happy to find my favourite machine (Miele Complete c3 Excellence Powerline) in Canada and on sale. Arrived promptly with no delivery charge and I’m a happy girl.
This vacuum is the very best vacuum that I have ever had. I wish I had one years ago. It’s made my life so much cleaner!
