Best purchase I have made in ages. It actually does as advertised. I whiz through my ironing and can even leave it for two weeks and still complete the work in half the time I would usually take. Love the compact way everything is put together and how it fits neatly into a cupboard and is easy to assemble when ready for use. Only regret I didn’t get one ages ago.

If you are thinking about getting this GET IT! It is amazing! We live in Queensland so a lot of linen clothing and this iron just breezes through linen, its so good I now look forward to doing the ironing! I know its a bit of an indulgent purchase but you wont regret it, its wonderful!
I received this months ago but start using only a few weeks ago. My previous iron was Laura star and after around 10 years of use had a small problem so needed to go in service. While I waited for my Laura star to be fixed my family bought me Miele Fashion Master. As Laura star was fixed quick I continue to use it till I was annoyed with myself as box of new Miele Fashion Master was still sitting in my study unopened. I decided to open it and try it and make decision which of these two to keep and which to sell. I mast admit that I was surprised that something else could be better than Laura Star. After trying Miele Fashion Master I think it is slightly better than Laura star and I decided to keep Miele and I am now selling my Laura Star.I would recommend Miele Fashion Master to anyone who like to keep clothes, table and bed linen in great shape and who can afford it, as it is expensive (as well as any other great ironing system on the market).Water container could be a bit larger so you do not have to fill it a few time during ironing time, but it could be just me as I do ironing occasionally when I collect a lot of clothes to iron, if you are doing it regularly it probably would not bother you.System is easy to use and looks good open or closed.Steaming wand is great as produce a lot of steam and is fantastic on most fabric I tried, I even sanitised some plush toys with it and used it to smooth out my silk scarves.I can not say anything about how long it will last as I just start using it but I hope I will not have any problems with it for a while.
Great steam iron system, I would only fault the water tank being too psmall, therefore needing refill regularly and waiting each time for it to heat up before continuing with the ironing. I find this time consuming.
The Fashion Master is awesome, it gives the same quality as being professionally pressed and it is quick. I can iron twelve shirts in 45 Mins, it is easy to set up and easy to store. Love it!
The new Miele B3847 Fashion Master fixes all the faults of the previous models. It makes ironing a lot easier!
A well designed and built ironing system that goes beyond the ordinary, basic iron. A thorough read of the instruction book before use is required to 'get to know' how to use the iron. This takes a little while but, once learnt, is easy to operate. An expesive appliance, but one of very high quality - you get what you pay for.
