The design of the middle basket is distinctly inferior to that of my previous Miele. Definitely a step backwards as far as I am concerned.

Excellent. Very quiet. Things come out drier than we have experienced before. Plenty of room for crockery and utensils. Lots of programs and variables with the “extras”program A class economy although all the programs are quite long-even the “quick” program takes1.5 hrs+

Very good customer Service
Great Product, Communication with the delivery and installation company wasn't great for some reason they don't seem to be able to mail a gmail address for arrangements and their texts have no headers and are easily missed. Though the installers themselves were really efficient and pleasent and did a quick clean job with a smile.There was no Autodos in the box and my voucher was rejected.
The extra interior space makes quite a difference when you have a number of pots and pans that all need washing. It also means that you have sufficient space for large plates in the bottom basket and still have room in the middle basket for tall objects like wine glasses, large bowls, pans etc. I also like the basket tray layout at the top, which keeps all the lower basket space to use as you like without a cutlery basket getting in the way. Autos system is handy and works well - the refills are not cheap but the powder cleans well.
