The product is fine, no creaks, nice finish, great colour. However, the instructions for setting up were not well done. The picture showing the parts were unclear and misleading. Almost fixed the main beam upside down looking at the picture (which showned 3 screw holes on top when it should be at the bottom. Corrected only because I realised the horizontal wooden parts needed to be on top.

Loving my new bed frame! Definitely believe it's up there with other more expensive ones I have had in the past. I am please with the comfort and quality of this bed for the price. Also, easy to assemble, the instructions are well written and easy to understand. I'm extremely pleased with my purchase and I would recommend this bed to others.

Was a bit concerned about the quality and look of this bed. Did not need to be. Really pleased how this bed looks. Really pleased with the strength of the gas lifts too. I would not have been able to put this bed together, as it is rather difficult. However, my husband was able to without much problem.

Hmmm... mixed bag. Solid bed - difficult to get the powered lifter working. Base fabric (sits on floor beneath under-bed cavity) is absolutely shocking material - walking on it tore it in multiple places - I'd suggest you immediately replace it with something like canvas to ensure a sealed cavity. The base supports left imprint on my hardwood floor - unimpressed. On the plus side, they were easy to construct, and once up, were solid and reliable.

The bed looks good in the pics provided by T&W but it is quite low in comparison. The slats are fragile and do not fit the middle rack. The plastic slat holders are flimsy and can not hold the slats down in place when compressed. The bed head is shorter than what's advertised. Worst of all, the bed comes with a piece of nylon cover that velcro's to the bottom of the bed for storage. Most storage bed usually comes with a floor board that's placed under the bed to prevent stored item on the floor.Overall the bed is sturdy and has great support. Storage wise is questionable.

It's ok. I wouldn't buy again. The Velcro fabric cover on base is a poor design and will easily rip. The bed base is lower than expected based on pictures. The bed head won't sit above your pillows if you put a decent size mattress on it. Check the measurements closely. The padding on bed head is very minimal. There were some rips in the fabric base as well which makes me question the quality of that fabric and how long this will last.This bed is in a guest room so will probably be ok for us but wonder how it would handle daily use.The instructions aren't great.

The gas lift is amazing, and the material and construction is very simple too. There are however 2 things which hold it back from 5 stars: the fabric at between the mattress and the floor which holds all the storage items is very difficult to attach and not great material either. Mine broke but customer service was very helpful and offered a partial refund as a replacement could not be resourced. And other thing is the colour is not close to the grey in the picture, it is much more of a darker grey-green which is nice but would not work at all if you have your heart set on grey

I appreciate the dimensions are in the description but looking at this photo with the pillows standing up the bedhead looks higher than the pillows but when we fitted our normal thickness mattress it's nowhere near high enough. My photos attached with no pillow and one pillow laying flat. We paid the extra to return the product but that wasn't possible either as has to be returned in the original packing. Somewhat impossible when you pretty much have no choice but to destroy the packaging to get the product out. I spoke to customer service about this but there is no flexibility on the return policy. The worst experience ever !

Not sure where to start here, the entire experience was horrendous. The courier company that Myer has chosen to go for is a joke, no wonder they only get a 1 star rating. No updates, delays beyond reasonable doubt, and damaged parts. I had to call them no less than 10 times, and always receiving a null and void response. Myer your not getting away with this either, I called you also about 10 times, and you also washed your hands off any responsibility, by simply claiming on several occasions the bed components were being assembled. I don’t know whether to laugh or cry regarding that statement, the unopened box has MADE IN CHINA written all over it !The bed itself is very sub par, the claims of "Luxury" are frankly bewildering.I had to repair, redo just about ... MoreNot sure where to start here, the entire experience was horrendous. The fabric edges are terribly finished, leaving unsightly lumps and bumps around all the bottom edges.The plywood internal frame is like a balsa wood model plane, extremely cheap and in my opinion not structurally sound. (I’m a carpenter) I wouldn’t be putting my head under that gas lift loading gear underneath the bed unless you are up for a Marie Antoinette, particularly from the side, the word dangerous comes to mind.The two side panels were damaged in transit with several holes punched into the sub frame from the steel components also in the box. The holes for the slats don't line up because the holes in the steel mattress frame have all been pouched off centre. They are also bent from the force of the punch.In my opinion there are lots of missing hardware components, I had to add from my own kit 40 plus additional washers / spring washers to stop the bolts from undoing over time from the movement of the gas lift and flexing of the frame. The plastic (yes plastic) corner brackets for the box section mattress frame are inferior and frankly move / spread, even after being sufficiently tightened. The gas lift support brakes also bent and out of shape, and finally (as I am tired of writing this) the material floor / “base” again so cheap and disturbing doesn't fit properly, leaving gaps and lumps in the material all the way around. Overall I'd only recommend this to a first out of homer who had a spare $50 to part with, as thats all that its worth.I will surprised if my comments get listed, as these things get screened for in favour of preference, I hope that the individual screening these comments posts it for all to see as its the truth !
