Milano Outdoor Swing Bench Seat Chair Canopy Furniture 3 Seater Garden Hammock - Coffee

Temple and Webster products never fail to impress me. Everything I buy is great quality and thankfully they are easy to assemble which makes for a happy marriage. And the prompt delivery is fantastic. The black console looks perfect In our art deco themed room.

I am very disappointed with this product. This is advertised as an 'outdoor' swing. With in the first few weeks the top frame broke, so we left that off. Then within a couple of months the BLACK colour, that we wanted has faded to a horrible light grey colour. The quality of this item is very poor.See the colour difference when we lift the cushion, and when we peeled the sticker of the frame.

Purchased on sale, great for the price. Instructions are wildly inaccurate, but we got there. Was terrified sitting on it the first time, but it's actually really sturdy. A lovely addition to my little backyard.

Looks great, easy to assemble (although some errors in the instruction sheet). I am going to have to keep an eye on the seat support as it is only canvas holding the seated person's weight ( ie., not metal or strapping). I guess I can replace it with strapping if it tears.

Ok for the price you pay, it's not comfy as you would expect, but with some extra seat cushions, it is an easy fix.Ok for 2 not big people or 2 kids and my wife, wouldn't trust it with 2 people of 80kg+ weight. But perfect for just one and 1-2 little kids.Other reviews are correct with the canopy tightening screws being plastic and won't properly last long.Anyway, happy so far as it wasn't expensive. If you want a premium, pay a premium! The shipping was perfect! Dropped at my door, no problem!

Perfect height and size for my needs. Great for having my sneaky cuppa whilst the kids play.During assembly make sure you rotate the A and B as directed - otherwise instructions easy to follow.

Good value

Really nice chair. It's easy to assemble, and light enough to move around the backyard. Comes with a soft cushion covering, but water gets trapped underneath this when it rains. Easy enough to remove and dry out though. Comfortable and sturdy enough for two people easily. Really happy with this product.

Myer customer service’s poor quality.

Swing chair is good ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ but Myer customer service is terrible. While setting up this product I noticed that one of the plastic screws for the canopy was defective so I called Myer to get a replacement screw. After being on hold for about 45 mins, it took another 15-20 for them to tell me that they would send another screw out. This was two weeks ago. Because of the long wait times to get through to customer service I can’t be bothered calling back so I’m hoping that someone from Myer customer service will see this and actually respond.

Nice idea

Looks good, feels good but my frame is bent. The tools supplied didn't work. Had to use my own. Took hours to assemble and needed 2 people. It's meant to be made from steel so I don't know how or why the frame is bent. No idea how I would return it.

Poor value for money. Not recommended.

Takes time to assemble, we were short of one screw. Upon assembly, two of us sat on the swing, the frame on the top bowed. It’s light and flimsy, was blown away in the wind. After a rainy day, rust formed around the screws and where there were any minor scratches. We bought 2 sets and returned the second one.
