We've never had worms between my 2 cats and my Dad's 2 cats who are all on this wormer. Based on this I assume it works. The pickiest cat needs to be given a few cat treats and the tablet at the same time to get her to eat it. The other three think of it as a treat in itself. Great product.

Effectively treats worms but a nightmare to get our cat to eat. He can’t stand the taste of it and after disguising it in cat meat, it become several peices of soggy tablet we had to push down his thoart. Not a happy moment. I would recommend this product but with a disclaimer that it’s not tasty, be ready to throat administer.

Gave this to my cat for tapeworms. My cat was not entirely fooled by the beef flavour. He licked the pill a couple of times and decided it wasn't that appealing. However, it is a very small pill, and it's flavouring was probably helpful in easily hiding it in a spoonful of meat. This method worked perfectly. Unlike Drontal which is impossible to disguise...as my cats always know I've tried to hide it in their food....this Milbemax pill was much easier to deal with. And since giving it to my cat I haven't noticed any evidence of tapeworms anymore. So I assume it worked! No obvious side effects for my cat. And he seems happy and healthy.

These are my favourite worming tablets because they are very small and coated so I can put them in a little ball of meat for the cats and they don’t even notice it’s there, so they don’t have to be tableted.
I recently purchased the smaller one for kittens I purchased. I'm quite shocked to say that I've found three breeders who advertise that they deworm and deflea, but THEY DON'T. This product is great, as it worms immediately, it's flavoured and it's small, so far easier to administer. I really like this product and the only reason I wouldn't use it is more about the cat, than the product. Some cats really fight anything going into their mouth.
Greatly recommend this product especially for small dogs. I was getting annual vaccination for heart worm but think this is too much in one go for tiny dogs. Has added advantage of treating all worms and ear mites.
A bit pricey considering the amount of tablets you get. But regardless, these are a godsend for me. The tablets are much smaller and don’t have the bitter taste that cats hate like the cheaper otc worming tablets do, and I no longer have to force a huge pill down the cats throat, that was something I and I’m sure my cats dreaded each time. Now with these tablets, I just simply put the pill in a bit of tuna or wet food and both my cats eat it and are none the wiser. No side effects for both my kitties and it seems to have worked! This is the best way to ensure my fussy furballs stay healthy and don’t get nasty worm infections. I am so relieved. :)
Great to have a smaller tablet that is not bitter to the cats, when cut into two.\ A bit expensive for everyday worming, so I will only use it every 3rd time.Perhaps it could be discounted to registered breeders? Who could then recommend it to kitten buyers? Good for breeders, and for the suppliers.
My cat certainly did not just eat this out of my hand as some say, but size of pill make it easy to administer, especially as she is one of those reflex pop it out again cats. Once when vet wormed her armed with his little pill popper and thought it would be a piece o cake but the pill popped back out so quick amd with such force he couldn't believe it. However with the size of the Milbemax it is certainly an easier job for me.
Have been using this worming product on the advice of the local vet for some time now. Reason I buy from online supplier is that is $4-$5 cheaper than the vet. Money is better in my pocket than theirs.Have had no adverse effects to the cats when administered. Needs to be done every three months though which can get expensive.
