This is the cold filtered, unpasteurized version of high life.It is a beautiful lager. The color, the clarity, and the head are all on the nail. The head fades a little too quickly from the complement.Neutral and smooth, granular aroma.Top quality flavor for a great complement, pale, American style golden beer. The fact that this is not pasteurized is huge. The heat of pasteurizing actually decreases the taste of beer. Drinking side by side with a high life and savoring the difference. It's the same beer! MGD is a malt and grain, but with minimal astringency. The body is soft but also something rich and satisfying. Bitter, lime, light hops persist. It is true that there is some corn / wheat. But the beer tastes good and fresh and smooth.

Best beer for sure. We always choose it for our parties because everyone loves it. Always a staple in our alcoholic beverage choices. Packaging is also so beautiful I love how effortlessly simple and cool it is

Taste follows the nose, being quite watery with a light, slightly sweet touch of caramel malt and just the faintest hint of grain. A slight note reminiscent of corn syrup coming throught as well. Lacks any kind of finish, maybe turning a little sweet in the aftertaste, with almost no discernible bitterness. Watery body with very high cabonation. This basically tastes like corn syrup flavoured water, it has very little in common with beer in my opinion. A beer with taste

MGD has been my American beer of choice for years! I'm English, and most beers here, aside from bocks and over-hopped IPAs, have little taste. Miller Lite falls into that category, along with BL and others, but MGD can be drunk cold ,with flavour. It's a pity It's relatively hard to find in Texas.
