These wrenches are excellent tools. I've been using them for a couple of months. The quality is top-notch and the combination of open-end wrench and ratcheting functionality is very useful to me. The grip on the wrenches is surprisingly comfortable. All-in-all a well-designed and manufactured tool. The "Max bite" grip on the open-end dramatically improves the wrench's grip on small nuts and bolts. When small fasteners are torqued on tight, I sometimes have difficulty getting them loose without rounding off the points on the hex heads. The max bite really increases the probability that I can get the nut loose without damaging the heads. The wrenches come in a very useful carrying case. I have been nothing but impressed with all my Milwaukee tools and this set of wrenches is no exception. They’re heavy duty and beautiful at the same time. They nicely fit in your hand and are very functional with the many ratcheting positions and the extra notch-out in the open end of the wrench. I have both the standard and metric sets and use them on a regular basis. I also really like the large ID numbers that allow you to see the wrench you want easily. I’m getting older and have to grab glasses so many times just to see what wrench I’m getting, no longer! They’re a little pricey but this will be the last set of wrenches like this you ever have to buy.

Absolutely not!!!!

I bought the stand and metric sets 4 of the metric wrenches have already broken and the gears inside the wrench have locked right up. And that was only tighten up 17mm bolts and nuts on threaded rod. Forget the 10mm. I love my 12v and 18v tools and never had an issue with them. but from my experience with the wrenches I’ll hold of on hand tools for now.

Ive had these for about a year no complaints, as far as people having them lock up and such ive had no issues. I take these offroading with me all rhe time they seen dirt mud and sand never had and issue

I lost the 13mm wrench from my set, is it possible for me to purchase a single wrench or get a replacement?? I work at a shop and these wrenches have come in handy more than once, there's no way to reverse the ratcheting so be careful in tight spots not to get the wrench stuck with no way out. I like them a lot but it saddens me to look at my now incomplete set everyday ??

Rough and Stiff

I'm a big Milwaukee fan and buy everything Milwaukee that I can so this is a hard review to post in hopes Milwaukee comes out with an updated version. I bought both SEA and Metric 15 piece sets because I previously bought the non ratcheting sets that I LOVE. The problem is the ratcheting mechanisms. The slop between clicks roughly doubles the 2.5 arc swing on the ones I have but the bad part is the resistance. They are terrible, the most rough and stiff I've ever used. The resistance is even unconsitant in some, half rotation is super stiff, the other half rotation not as stiff. I have several brands of ratcheting wrench sets and these are not what I expected from Milwaukee.

I purchased the ratcheting wrenches with high hopes that the premium priced product would be on par with other Milwaukee products I've bought over the years. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The ratcheting mechanism didn't fit properly on the bolts. As a result, I resorted to using the Craftsman set I've owned for 20+ years. Although the 30 ratcheting wrenches complimented my 61' Milwaukee workbench perfectly, I was forced to return them for the non-ratcheting version. While this saved me money, I would have preferred saving a little time when working on my vehicles.

Very low quality for the price.

Gears already locked up on 10, 13, and 15. With a name like Milwaukee thought I would get better quality. Love my M12 and M18 tools. But wont buy more hand tools until quality improves. I am an ASE certified master mechanic with over 25 years experience.

i got this new and i dont know if i got a bad batch of this tools but must of my wrenches are looking up. when i tighten a bolt. the gears internal will get stuck and . its poor tool.
