This has proved surprisingly strong and is half the weight of my other sds drill.As my combi drill died after many years I bought this 12V Fuel drill as a bare unit. Cracking little drill, way more powerful than I expected, seems very high quality, and batteries are cheap, with up to 7ah available. Dead happy.

I have has an m12 for 10 years. It has just been a work horse and never failed to perform. After upgrading to this gen4 machine I M blown away. It is much smaller, lighter but more powerful.
As an engineer I need top quality reliable kit. Milwaukee is without doubt the best I have used and well worth the extra £ never let me down. This drill is superb in every way, cannot fault it. A masterpiece, top quality. Thanks Milwaukee
Best of the bunch. I’ve used numerous Milwaukee drills and own 18V and 12v models. This Fuel 12v is a pleasure to work with. Powerful, compact and just the right weight.Have used plenty of other brands, Milwaukee for me every time
Really nice medium size drill, I have only had chance to use it once so far, it is very well balanced with a 6ah battery and performed flawlessly. I have loads of the M12 FUEL range, every product has been outstanding, very powerful for their size, in many cases much better than my older 18v tools.
My only issue is the colour of the LED, In my opinion, it has a colour temperature of 3000 K, not like what I was expecting in the region of 6000 K, i.e. an intense white light. So, to sum up, 3000 K is like an old tungsten bulb 10 years ago before the LED revolution, took place, apart from that it performs really well, and it may be churlish to knock it back, but I do not understand why that LED is so yellow looking. The first picture is of this review, the second picture is of a previously purchased item, clearly showing the differences in colour.
Great addition to the tool kit, so compact and your hardly notice the difference with an 18v alternative for majority of every day tasks.
