Vastly superior to the last generation of Minn Kota “spot-lock” terrovas. GPS Anchor is much more accurate. I also really like the manual power button. The Bluetooth style remote also has much better range on the boat. Worth every penny and worth upgrading from the old. Hands down the best trolling motor on the market.

While it worked it was impressive. However, that period of time was about 20 times on the water. The Terrova hangs some pretty cheap plastic parts over the water which WILL get broken if you fish visible cover.... IE stumps. the plastic ring that controls the turning of the transmission broke upon the third use of the motor and the I-pilot is now malfunctioning and wont keep connection to the pendant. Spend about 500.00 more and get yourself the Ultrex. It is a much sturdier build.

Great motor. Terrova 3- one one each boat. The plastic block quick release has poor fit. The pin handle broke. Had a spare, dressed holes works as it should.

Just took a trip to the Texas coast and hand held remote did not power up. Changed batteries and still did not power up. Very disappointed because I have only owned the unit for a year and a half. Taken very good care of. For the cost of a $2000 trolling motor I expected a much longer life out of the remote. Just a regular weekend fisherman.
The Minn Kota Terrova replaced a Minn Kota Ulterra of the same power and shaft length. The power lift mechanism of the Ulterra gave problems from around 2 years old and I replaced it with the manual stow/deploy after 4 years. I’ve used the Terrova about 12 times and so far it’s performed well, and is quite easy to deploy/stow.

It came packaged very well no damage. Have not had a chance to use it, still installing and routing cables, but very excited to use it. Been waiting for this for about 8 months to come in from backorder. Not a plug and play for my boat but that's ok I'm enjoying installing and building brackets and things. Would recommend buying from MGO. Smooth transaction.
I bought an old boat but fantastic electronics . I have never had anything this nice! I didn’t get a book with it and not sure what it all came with. I’m sure I will figure it out . But overall it’s fantastic
I have had this about a month now and really love it. I got the footpedal control because I wasnt sure if I could use the remote. After using the remote I hardly use the foot pedal. The remote and foot pedal are both very responsive. My only complaint would be that the motor is a little loud. I have noticed a significant reduction in battery usage with this motor. I could probably fish 12-14 hours straight without draining batteries.
Product is a year old and will not work properly. The motor doesn’t respond to the remote. Trying to get support help. Frustrated with this product. We tried to fish today and instead looked up troubleshooting while attempting every button on the remote. Batteries are charged and connection is good. As you can see, I’m on the bank while all my buds are fishing. I thought I would get more than one year out of a $2000-$3000 product.
