I should’ve read these reviews before. Barely had it 2 weeks. A week and a half at most and it turns off randomly the water level is fine. There’s nothing wrong with my plugs etc. I tried several and different usb plugs. It’s definitely the diffuser. I’m trying to get a refund.

The best diffuser I've ever had!! I had one that turned itself off after a minute, so I returned it and got the new one this afternoon and it's perfect. Hopefully stays that way because it's the best one I've owned.

Love the design of this product however it stopped working only 10 days after purchase! Cannot get it to turn on anymore. Sadly threw out the packaging so dont think I can return it.
Works for a few seconds, then suddenly flashes red and turns off.
I live in a small country town so when I was in another town I really wanted to buy one. I brought it home, and it worked perfectly for the whole time I used it. Then I left it unused for about a week? Now it will turn on for 10 seconds and then shut off again. Really disappointing as I won’t be able to return it for a long time due to the travel I would have to do to get there.
I bought this a month ago as a cheaper alternative to the Dusk ones and it has been working just as good if not better and emits so much steam!
