These are the bomb. I augment, as usual. I add hot oil and sesame oil. I also love the Pad Thai also. They are now a regular part of my menu plan. Sometimes I add meat, sometimes not. LOVE these!I'm Keto 7 years. This one ticks all the boxes.

I love zucchini noodles but these were horrible. The texture was off putting and they sat in my stomach and made be feel weird. This might be tmi but I barely chew my food if it’s soft and when I went to the bathroom they came out WHOLE, like the same they looked in the package. These are totally undigestible. I never leave a low calorie thing over and these truly had to be monstrous if I couldn’t finish. The adobo sauce was gross, like strangely sweet. If you are gonna order, only try ONE.

So far this has been my least favorite of the products I’ve tried. It’s not bad, but I prefer all the other product lines I’ve tried better. It is very possible in just not fond of Japanese Curry. I do love how low carb that this and all Miracle Noodle products are!

I've been looking for a pasta substitute for my wife who's diabetic. All the ones I have tried in the past have been unsatisfying and very bland. We tried the Japanese curry with some shrimp and veggies added and she loved them! JACKPOT! Finally a keto pasta substitute that hits all the marks, taste, texture, carb load and calories. I'm so happy with the products that I have orders several varieties. Keep up the good work, you all are awesome👍
I keep stored ahead in my emergency food supply these long expiry date bags of instant moist cold or hot satisfying vegetable carbohydrates with plant extract "essential oils"/spices especially healthful Lemongrass, Star Anise, and Garlic. This flavor packs the least "heat" of those I've tasted which Vitacost carries. For a meal, with complete protein essential amino acids, I add wild-caught salmon (lower in mercury than many fish). Or coconut milk to dilute the spicy "heat" with appetite-satisfying MCT (Medium Chain Trigliceride) healthy fat, for a milder flavor like a creamy Thai soup. Yum :)
Mildest flavor "heat" of these moist seasoned veg noodles, I cut its heat and make it a complete ready-to-eat hot or cold meal not just a side dish by adding fish or meat complete essential amino acids protein. Coconut milk would cut the heat, too, like Thai soup. I wish they would reduce its sugar. Love the anti-viral Shikemic Acid of its Star Anise, and of its Lemongrass essential oil giving it "heat" flavor (not probiotic supplement while digesting this).
Just had this for lunch. I recommend this as I am not vegan, nor do I enjoy curry, but I gave it a chance. It was delicious! I did not heat in the package, but into a bowl and added water into the packet to get all the goodness in my bowl. Honestly, I did eat it ravenously, the whole package. I don’t quite get the negativity of the other comments. I will definitely purchase again.
I don't know what it is exactly, but this was a pain to eat. The flavors feel off, and also I don't feel like shirataki noodles work at all taste or texture wise with Japanese Curry. Rice (or cauliflower rice for low carb) would be so much better with curry, but slippery noodles? no. Plus, I've had a lot of Japanese Curry, and this taste did not feel great.
Ready to eat or warm up konjac tuber vegetable noodles with spicy sauced cubed vegetable bits in this Japanese Curry hot but mildest of their flavors I tried, with many health-supporting seasonings like Star Anise and Lemongrass, and Coconut MCT, as in Thai food. Low carb/glycemic. Filling.
So delicious!!! So easy to prepare. I add up different veggies and proteins each time I make it. I could eat this every day. Love!! Love!! Love!! It.
