I have not worn 18 hour wear foundation for years. I felt compelled to give this a try after reading all of the wonderful reviews. Let me assure you it is all true! The positive feedback is accurate. I have found the outstanding feature of the Velvet Maxi Lift Airbrush Foundation is its staying power through menopausal hot flushes and crazy humidity (Menopause in a subtropical climate during Summer is NOT fun lol!). This foundation is my goto for work at the moment. I adore all of my Mirenesse foundations, I now have one for each season! Love.

So happy with my purchase. This foundation goes on well to leave a lovely airbrushed finish. I have mature with slight rosacea skin, going through changes atm (dry and more visible pores) . This product I apply over the cushion primer, with a make-up sponge for lighter, more natural coverage or a foundation brush for heavier coverage. I use the cushion compact also but am liking the finish of this much more at this time of life. The cushion compact comes along with me each day though, as a convenient quick touch up tool for my nose, as I wear glasses which test the finish a little - so this compact still is a good buy for me. I have both the Vanilla and the Vienna and find I can really get away with either, as a colour match for my fair/medium pink undertone skin. I ... MoreSo happy with my purchase. I am 53 so I need my foundation to:• be quick and easy to apply• feel weightless• minimise my lines, sun damage and broken capillaries• look natural and stay on for hours without settling in fine linesI recently bought a small tube of this product to try, on a whim when I stocking up on my usual Mirenesse foundation and I’m so glad I did.This foundation fulfills all my foundation needs and only takes me a couple of minutes to apply - I am stoked with the natural weightless coverage and am definitely adding a full sized tube to my Mirenesse collection.I absolutely recommend that you do too - you’ll love it.

I would love to tell you I got lucky on my first purchase but alas, no. At 40, my skin is changing drastically and I've yet to find a cruelty free product that's going to suit my skin needs. Sadly, is not this product. Although it's leaving my skin a lot more hydrated, there product itself is terrible at staying put. It marks absolutely everything and slides all over my face. The fine lines around my eyes have never looked worse and although I did complete the foundation finder quiz, this was definitely not the foundation for me. Plus the color was way too dark, again, despite the quiz. It feels like a waste of money. Shame.
The Maxilift Airbrush Foundation soon became my favourite after the Maxilift with Renovage was sadly discontinued. Long time my absolute number one foundation, the Airbrush works really well giving excellent and buildable coverage. Mirenesse are definitely in the top range of world-class foundations. More choices in colour range would be wonderful. I use Vienna in the Winter and Mocca in Summer. I'm fair skinned, blonde, blue eyed with mature, sun damaged, skin concerns.. I am often complimented on my complexion and skin. On one occasion, I walked into my local Byron Bay nail salon. All the women stopped talking as I entered the room, just staring at me. I was quite taken aback! They asked me what so was using on my skin as it looked amazing, glowing. This foundation is truly beautiful! The texture, natural coverage and polished finish is unbelievable... I have been searching for a foundation like this for many, many years and think I've finally found it. My skin looks exactly as the product describes - 'airbrushed'. My only comment would be it would be great to see some more shades. I originally bought Vienna which is a good match for me but in the summer months it is too light for my skin, so I blend it with Mocha and it's the perfect colour. The coverage is so good you only need a little bit. Highly recommend giving it a try if you are unsure! This is definitely my new favourite range of products! The skin blur powder is divine also! I love love love this foundation! I have tried so many different foundations over the years - high end ones as well - and none give the results that this product does. So easy to use, lasts and lasts and my skin just looks great, I don't even feel as if I am wearing any makeup at all. Absolutely superb product.

The skincare properties in this foundation works wonderfully. I had 3 strangers stop me & ask what skincare I use & tell me my skin looked amazing. They didn't say my makeup looked amazing, they said my skin looked amazing! To me, that's the perfect compliment. This stuff is the bomb. Easy to apply, I'm mix Vienna and Vanilla because my skin color is in between the two. I use a foundation brush and it blends in beautifully.Makes me look absolutely flawless and I am no spring chicken.
