Even though have not installed air con I must congratulate oz air online as unfortunately my air con arrived damaged no questions asked and they quickly organised a return and a new air con thank you
I chose the black one by mistake. Disappointed that the horizontal vane is manual, otherwise am happy with it. Works well and heats/cools nicely.
Lovely engineering. Beautiful and quiet. The only deficiency I notice is the limited available movement of the horizontal airflow vanes. When set manually (my preference), they do not have enough left/right freedom of movement or authority over the airflow direction. Airflow can still be felt directly in front, which I would prefer was not the case. I think the vanes are too small. A great comparative disadvantage over my old Daikin. Mitsubishi need to address this.
I bought this Air conditioner about 1 month and I am very pleased with it. it is so sleek and everybody is admiring the colour (black) it fits in so well. its easy to use and keeps my games room snug and warm. I highly recommend this product.
