Have had this fridge since August 2022. The ice maker stopped working mid December and is still not repaired. The tech has been 3 times so far. He is doing his nest with parts supplied by Mitsubishi. Not good enough for the cost of it. Very hard to keep the glass front clean. Other than these problems it is spacious inside.

We purchased this fridge to replace a 15 y.o. Westinghouse side-by-side, for a restricted built-in space - the Mitsubishi fits perfectly and it seems a lot more spacious with deep shelves and roomy interior. 2 doors for the freezer compartment works well also. Also, Having a glass front as opposed to a stainless steel finish makes it easy to always look clean and we are very happy with our new purchase. Would highly recommend this model, especially with the 5 year warranty and good energy rating. Usual prompt and efficient process dealing with Appliances OnLine.

Brought the fridge this week through HVN Springvale Home Maker Centre. From sales through to delivery we’re excellent! Paul was easy to deal with. Highly recommend these guys. The fridge has a excellent quality and feel about it. Rolling it into my fridge space, it felt solid and sturdy. Has plenty of space for our requirements and runs super quiet. The controls on the front panel are great and easy to use without the need to open the fridge doors to set the fridge. The lighting in the fridge space is also bright. Door compartments hold quite a few items. Fridge was 4 stars and has a longer warranty than other ones, 5 years.

Decided to get this fridge as I loved the glass look. It is so large in the fridge section that we cannot possibly fill it. Love the lighting inside. The freezer has different drawers for different products. Love the ice maker that doesn’t take up space and makes great ice. All in all very happy with my purchase and the extra cost for the quality.
My personal opinion is Mitsubishi are the best fridges in Australia today. I have three at the moment, one in my house in Sydney, and two in my beach house in Queensland. One being solely a drinks fridge. Compared to other brands that are more expensive and have shorter warranty periods they simply can’t be beat. The shelves can easily be reconfigured and they are so easy to keep clean. I like the fact the doors can’t be used to stick things on. A pet hate of mine. Very happy with these fridges after having one for several years and not one minute of trouble.
We purchased a Mitsubishi French door fridge and was a bit dubious at first as our experience with this brand was non existent, but doing research made our decision easy, so glad we purchased this large item. It suits our kitchen decor perfectly, the quality is also impressive. It did take us a couple of weeks to get used to the functions but now all is good. Oh did I mention that I have an ice maker. This is in a draw in the freezer section. So much better than taking up huge amounts of space in the door. Also the glass doors are so easy to clean especially after my husband has enjoyed himself cooking! Can't fault this fridge, just totally rapt.
We required a fridge under 180cm tall given our built-in kitchen cabinets and whilst I had not considered Mitsubishi before, I am so glad I have now. This fridge is simply amazing and worth every dollar. The built-in self fill icemaker is a dream and the internal backlighting is fantastic. My wife loves the drawers and the freezer is twice the size of our old fridge. Plus it fits in older houses with only 180cm headroom available !!
Loving our new fridge. It’s got lots of space inside. The lights are really lovely and bright too. They run across the back so it lights up the whole thing which is great. The inbuilt ice machine is great too. Doesn’t take up too much freezer space and creates a good amount of ice. It’s a good fridge if you have space issues as we did - it’s a little shorter than others.
So far the fridge has met all my expectations. It is very quiet and I love the ice maker which is very easy to use. I do have one small thing that I find slightly annoying is that when you open the larger of the two top doors and pull out the drawer on that side it often bumps into the door that is not open. The silver colour is great and so are the glass doors. The big shelves allow for easy access to the rear of the fridge where items can be seen. Hopefully, this fridge will last as long as our previous Samsung (23 years) which was still going very well when they took it away, just needed an update for the kitchen.
Needed a fridge to be less than 180 high & less than a metre wide. This was a good choice, so far only had a month. Nice and quiet. Enjoying the wide shelves, alot easier to use than my previous narrow side by side. I like that there are no handles sticking out the front. Very clean lines. No magnets on this fridge as it is glass front, I chose white as I hate S/Steel or black. Would like to be able to turn off door alarm as it sounds very quickly. The ice maker is discreet and all internal, without losing valuable door space. The 3 internal fridge lights keep it well lit. Great service and delivery as promised with quick and efficient installation with removal of old fridge from Appliances online.
