This unit cools half of our house easily. After doing some research I will only purchase MHI air-con and Bunnings are the cheapest by far and they will hold the unit and allow your installer to collect. Check other reviews for this unit as reviews based on poor installation or service have unfairly bought the rating down.

Purchased over a year ago after doing a huge amount of research into split systems. We found Mitsubishi Heavy Industries to offer the best rated units for the best price. We've been running it on hot days and cold days and it hasn't skipped a beat. Does exactly what it was advertised to do and the one unit perfectly services our entire home

Very recommended air condition unit, but very poor installation management booking by Bunnings. It took them 2 months to arrange an installer and finally, when they came they asked for $750 additional fees on top of the $1000 already paid to Bunnings, even though I gave to Bunnings the exact details of the installation requirements.Finally, I went to a local installer and end's up paying $1200.Recommended buying the unit and installation from local installers.

After doing our research, and finding out Daikin and Mitsubishi are the only two that can still cope with minus 12 in winter, we did our research and found that Mitsubishi has all the features of Daikin, at a much cheaper price. Further to that, Bunnings was the cheapest by far for this sized air con. It heats and cools our house wonderfully, given we are located in Cooma and exposed to all elements.
