I ordered this bag a couple of months ago from Nordstrom and it came in after just a few days. I've used it to death since then, but no nicks, scratches, or anything else has damaged this bag. I've traveled on many airplanes, trains, and undergrounds with this bag and it doesn't even ever look dirty (light tan shade). I think the Saffiano leather design is to thank for this feature as it is slightly stiff and easy to wipe off, so it virtually does not stain.I have no complaints besides the fact that the strap was too long on me. However, that is always the case with me as I'm very short, so I just took a tool used for punching more holes in belts to add some more holes for the buckle to make it shorter, an it looks fine. My Daughter, is yet to visit America .She wanted something , that she can’t get in her region of Russia . So she wanted something she thought ,I should have ,for her .when I was in Russia women love to have a nice bag or purse as the rest of the women of the world .But to have the real deal from a world famous department store ,makes a good story & boost status among her friends,with complements from strangers as she walks the beach goes shopping at the town center or out with her husband .I chose red cause I rarely see a red purse and that usually catches my attention, and the Italian leather is a mark of quality.In my opinion, it is a nice peace for the best of times .

I was sceptical about this bag, at first. I thought it would be too small. But when it arrived and I started using it, I changed my mind completely. It's the perfect size for me and really holds a lot. I like the two slip pickets inside and most off all, the lightly coloured interior.I have the brown colour and it goes well with most of my wardrobe.The only downside for me is the strap. It could be a bit wider, as it digs into my shoulder.

I love it!! A good looking bag. Easy to open, comfortable across the body. The only downside is the strap. The chain on the bottom of each end of the strap twists and doesn't sit right. I raised this with a partner in store who said they were all made like that and was a design flaw.
The leather is supple and this bag has ample room for your credit cards, cell phone, brush, and lipstick. I’m glad that I purchased this bag last week and on a sale too! This is a great smaller purse for daily essentials. The only thing missing an outside pouch for easy cell phone access. Otherwise, it’s perfect!
I wanted a handbag in pure white. This is not pure white, so it does not go with white background prints or white shoes. It is an off-white. In addition, the zipper is hard to use and it appears to have a cheaper look than my other Michael Kors handbags. I love the crossbody with the pockets on the outside and pull handle on the zipper, so I will stick with that design for $20 more. This was a disappointment and I will return it.
Bought for my daughters birthday. She always wanted one to match a purse which she had. A little pricey but the quality speaks for it self. She loved it.
Not only is this a nice looking handbag, but it’s really roomy. I also appreciate the adjustable strap. I want another one in a different color!
