I had high hopes for this product. I'm in dire need of a lightweight carrier. My newborn loves the ErgoBaby carrier, but its pretty bulky and heavy. I've tried it a few times, and it's been challenging to feel like my baby is secured tightly on it. Now that I'm trying to get rid of the Easy-Wrap, I find myself unable to return it because the return policy needs you to keep the original packaging and have the product unused. Very disappointed with this policy and the product.

Complicated to use, could not tell up from down, and couldn’t put on without looking in the mirror. Once I did figure it out, the front part was too loose/soft to hold up baby’s head and it kept slipping down. I tried multiple times and sometimes it was OK and other times I just straight gave up. I read instructions, and watched so many tutorials. And it’s funny because when you watch tutorials they all either have someone helping to put it on or they cut and skip the parts that are the most complicated. I thought this wrap would be cute but it is definitely not efficient or functional.

My daughter is only 12 pounds and it feels like she isn’t nicely supported and is just hanging, especially rear (world) facing. The pocket is such a nice feature but her butt hangs over it and it becomes completely useless and unlike a wrap, I can’t seem to adjust her so she’s higher. Since the placement of the baby, should be high enough where you bend your head down and should be able to give them a kiss on the top of the head. Rear facing looks uncomfortable for her, could also be because I’m very big chested so rear facing might just not be an option for me. Fabric wasn’t stretchy at all in my opinion, which made it hard to fit the straps nicely on my shoulders like the models have in the pictures it kind of just bunched together. Also left red lines on her ... MoreMy daughter is only 12 pounds and it feels like she isn’t nicely supported and is just hanging, especially rear (world) facing. This carrier is definitely a lot faster to put on though, which I loved. Very sad it didn’t work for me, saw this on TikTok/Facebook and the idea if it was what I really liked. Probably will return it.

While this is easier than a wrap to get on it’s not quite as quick as an SSC. The clip is fairly easy to do one handed. I really like the feel and stretch of the material used as does my baby but getting the tails into the back piece is not the easiest, takes some time and therefore makes this as far as I am concerned not the ideal carrier for when your out and about. However this is perfect for home use. My baby liked being in it and he felt pretty secure as did my older baby who is 16 months( he’s the one in the pics) I like that you can use it forward facing as well. If your new to carriers this will take you a few tries before you really get the hang of it. If your new to carriers this will take you a few tries before you really get the hang of it. I have been babywearing for over 9 years and this still took me a few tries before I really felt my kids were secure and not going to fall out when I bent down. You really have to make sure the placement on the tails are just right. I brought mine around and under babies bottom and tied onto the front of my belly for extra support.
This wrap is pretty easy to get on compared to the traditional style of long stretches of fabric that require you to wrap and tie from “scratch” every time you wear them. However, the tails tend to get wrapped up in each other and around the body of the wrap, which can take some time to get straight. Getting baby in is easy... getting them out takes a bit more work. My chief complaint is the buckles. They hurt pretty badly for me. I am hourglass shaped, 5’2” with an average size torso and (at the moment) 120-something pounds postpartum. There’s only a couple inches left of strap on either side for making the carrier smaller when I get closer to my pregnancy size. There’s only a couple inches left of strap on either side for making the carrier smaller when I get closer to my pregnancy size. As it is fits now, the buckles hit right under my ribs toward my back and dig in HARD once the baby is in the wrap. Ouch! I’ve attempted this wrap several times thinking maybe I’d get used to it. No such luck and doubt it’s possible. The back panel also distributes the majority of the weight in the center of the back, which doesn’t lead to any direct pain but does cause my bra closure to be pushed uncomfortably into my spine. Lastly, the warning labels on every baby item are obnoxious and this product is no different; in the middle of one of the ties is a large label that reduces the otherwise soft and stretchy nature of the material. I also like to be able to wear my wrap without a shirt to have skin-to-skin with my babe and the label causes discomfort on bare skin given it’s placement. Baby loves being worn and falls asleep shortly after being put into this wrap (just like my Ergo Aura)... so it’s worth continuing to wear until I find something (hopefully) that’s comfortable for me as well.
I love this wrap! It’s so much easier than the classic Moby wrap which I very quickly gave up on out of sheer frustration haha. I’m so glad I tried this one instead! I was able to get it on and put baby in with minimum help on the first try. The clips and adjustable straps are great to make it tight to your liking and I didn’t feel like I was being suffocated. It’s super comfortable and feels more secure to me. I would definitely recommend this wrap over any of the other ones!
I love this wrap! I love baby wearing but being in AZ it’s so hot and I tend to feel claustrophobic in most wraps and we both are quickly uncomfortable due to overheating. I have tried several different wraps and carriers. This wrap is super breathable and SO comfortable! I wore my 20 pounder for hours with no back pain or discomfort, and we weren’t abnormally hot. I love that this carrier feels like a fabric wrap but has more stability and also allows your little one to face outward safely. Thrilled with this wrap and just bought another color!
I currently love this wrap with my one month old. He hates to be put down and had some temp/weight gain issues that benefitted from the extra skin to skin. It fits comfortably even though I am a plus sized mom. My only complaint is the back support is not low enough for me. I’ve had three csections and have lower back issues. The back support on this carrier is fairly high. However, this is the perfect carrier for my little guy right now. I will have to find a different one with more back support for when he gets heavier though.
I like that I don't have to do the first couple of steps with a traditional Moby wrap, especially since I'm only 5'1 and the length of the fabric usually touches the ground several times before I can get it wrapped properly. Overall, it's pretty good, but there are a couple things that prevent it from getting a 5-star review:1. Unable to adjust the fabric over the shoulders; it sometimes feels like she gets a little too low and I can't tighten the shoulder pieces to pull her up higher.2. The fabric used for baby's legs has a border on the fabric that isn't stretchy like the rest of the fabric; similar to the outer seam of underwear. Baby doesn't seem to mind so far, but I haven't worn it for more than 20 mins, and I imagine that part in particular might get uncomfortable the longer it's used.
I love my Moby Easy Wrap! It is such a nice and convenient way to carry my baby and keep her close to me! I like how easy this baby carrier is to put on, you simply slip it on like a T-Shirt, adjust the wide, soft waistband and the length of the strap on each side of your waist and buckle them, and you are ready to slip your baby inside the carrier, then with your hands supporting your baby or some help from another person tie the soft straps on the back. My favorite feature is how soft the carrier feels! Not only is it very comfortable for me, but my baby also enjoys the closeness and is snug as a bug to mom, with much less bulk than traditional baby carriers. The Easy Wrap also has a small pocket on the front of the waistband that can conveniently hold money or a cellphone. I would definitely recommend it! It's perfect!
