Moccamaster Classic Yellow Pepper

Purchased the Mocca Master for some daily batch brew vibes. Have never looked back. Glorious machine and a really helpful 'how to use' video from Alternative Brewing meant that operation was a breeze.

If you like drinking filter coffee then having your own Moccamaster at home is fantastic, so do it. Decided to buy a Moccamaster partway through lockdown in Vic and it did not disappoint. Pretty hard to choose a colour as they're all great so whatever you go with will be an excellent choice. Purchased with Cilio Reusable Stainless Steel Filter #4 for use instead of paper filters which sits in nicely, minimal sediment and is easier to put on the scale to weigh out cofefe. Simple and quick to use, have your tasty pot brewed in under 5 mins. Super easy to clean also, just hand wash the pieces after use. Also purchased a water filter after reading the manual. I just received my coffee maker but I have not had a chance to use to yet. In the unboxing I was both pleased and disappointed. The unit is lighter than I expected and the pot much smaller than it looks. Aparently a "cup" of coffee means 4 ounces. That is really tiny for drip brewed coffee where a standard cup would be 8-12 oz. However, I was please to see that the various parts can be easily replaced. One of the primary reasons I purchased this was because I wanted a coffeemaker that could be repaired if it broke, rather than thrown out. I was also pleased that a whole box of filters were included. The manual is on top of the packaging and inside it were three filters, my initial reaction was "wow, three filters?"
