My wife and I are in the middle of a complete house renovation. We have lower ceiling’s, so our original plan to add a gas fire place would not work. We started going to local stores to see electric fireplaces in person and we were not happy with any of the available options. I cam across modernblaze and really liked the look of their options. We finally decided to make the purchase. We received the fireplace a few days ago and finally turned it on. We have not put the rocks that come with it yet, as we are still in the process of framing the wall it will be recessed in, but we could a least see the look of the flames in person. We absolutely loved it!! We are extremely happy with our purchase and want to let buyers know that you cant judge the electric fireplace ... MoreMy wife and I are in the middle of a complete house renovation. This fireplace is very high end and is going to be an amazing addition to our home!

I chose the electric fireplace from Modern Flames after doing months of research and watching numerous videos. My top three choices were the Modern Flames Landscape Pro Slim, Amantii Symmetry Bespoke, and Dimplex Ignite XL. My overall experience hasn’t been what I expected. When I received the electric fireplace, the shipping box had no visible damage. Upon further inspection and examining everything closely, I discovered that the screen beneath the glass was damaged. It was cracked on the right hand edge. I took photos and sent them to the Modern Blaze customer service along with the shipping receipt. They responded in a timely manner and said they would ship out a replacement part. They said they would provide a tracking number once they shipped the replacement ... MoreI chose the electric fireplace from Modern Flames after doing months of research and watching numerous videos. It’s been a week and still no status update on the part from the manufacturer or tracking number. I do Quality Assurance/Quality Control for a living and either the electric fireplace was damaged through the logistics partner or it was overlooked by the QA/QC at Modern Flames. If you’re paying over 2 grand for an electric fireplace, you should be able to receive a quality product free of any damage and/or expedite any replacement parts. I’m not sure if I recommend this product.

As someone who loves interior design, I'm always looking for ways to upgrade my home with modern touches – one of those being the installation of a fireplace. With this in mind I decided to buy the Modern Flames Landscape Pro 44” Slim Single-Sided Built-In Electric Fireplace and boy am I happy with my purchase! Not only did it take just minutes to install but it also looks stunning on our wall with its slim profile and realistic flame effects adding sophistication to any room. Plus, since it doesn't require venting or gas lines wiring, there's no hassle when starting or stopping operation which makes using this fireplace even easier! All in all a great buy that I would certainly recommend!
The Modern Flames Landscape Pro 44” Slim Single-Sided Built-In Electric Fireplace was extremely disappointing and difficult to use. It took multiple attempts to get the product set up correctly, and even then there were still problems with its operation.
The built-in thermostat ensures that you can always find your ideal temperature while keeping energy costs low. Overall, this is an excellent buy and I would definitely recommended it!
The realistic flickering flames create a cozy atmosphere that we all enjoy gathering around during cold winter evenings. It's been a great addition to our home and we'd highly recommend this fireplace to anyone looking for an efficient yet stylish heating solution!
The flame effect looks incredibly realistic, providing a great atmosphere for any room. Installation was quick and easy, making it effortless to have a luxurious fireplace in no time. Highly recommend this product!
After a very slow delivery process, and DIY install, my Lanscape Pro Slim is amazing! The slim profile allowed for a flush wall install, heat output is adequate and the flames are beautiful! I have it paired to Alexa and everyone is very impressed with the connectivity. I use the app more than I do the remote. Connecting the fireplace to the app was not as smooth as I liked but it was doable. Overall, very well built and flames beautiful with the logs and stone medium.
We just installed it yesterday into our custom built in and all I can is wow! It works great, the heater is good. We got the coals and they are nice but you have to spray paint them with the included spray paint to give it the "dusted" look. That was probably the hardest part!
