My grandson is 16 he has CP, he is about 5 foot three and 95 pounds. He is in a wheelchair but he is also very mobile. He completely depends on a diaper. After 16 years we finally found one that works for him and us! It never leaks changes are every 3 to 4 hours and he can go overnight and still get up very dry. It is a answer to prayers for him and us. I highly recommend the molicare eight drops size small. The elastic leg cuffs work perfectly at keeping wetness in if you spread the bottom of the diapers out after putting them on him. Thanks Malacara eight drop.

Having to wear nappies rather suddenly for a while is no fun. Discovering the overnight slip 8 drop has made this whole situation far more bearable!

This product stands alone. No other incontinence product comes close. I can now go to the shops, dinner parties etc and have no fear of leakage, even at night in bed no leakage. The relief I feel is monumental, therefore I have become a member of society again. I can do anything I like when I want to. I'm FREE TO LIVE A NORMAL LIFE. GOOD DAY. THE PRODUCT BOUGHT IS GREAT. HOWEVER WOULD REALLY LIKE TO SEE A HIGHER WAISTBAND, ALTERNATIVELY MAYBE ONE SIZE LARGER. THE PERSON THIS WAS BOUGHT FOR HAS A LARGE WAIST AND BUTTOCKS SO SHE EXPERIENCES DIFFICULTY WITH THE PANTS SLIPPING DOWN AS THEY SIT ON THE HIPS AND NOT AROUND THE WAIST.
My mom is able to manage going independently to the toilet during the day and can pull up the 6 drop pants. The 8 drop pants are amazing, allowing my mom to sleep through the night. Excellent absorption results in her skin remaining dry. Highly recommend
Being incontinent adds additional stress to nursing an Alzheimer's and Parkinson's spouse. This has been made a lot easier with using Mobicare pullups. I have tried most of the other brands on the market with limited success. I use the 6 drop during the day and 8 drop at night.
I bought these incontinence pants for my elderly mum. Really good quality product. You can buy some cheaper shop brands but the quality more that makes up for the difference in cost. If you buy bulk and subscribe and save it brings the cost down

Good product with great absorbability my only slight issue with the product is that it's difficult to tell back from front especially in the dark. And let's face it no one wants to fiddle around with a nappy in the dark in front of anyone..
