Normally go for Re-Charge Black Pepper but use this to mix it up a little… Definitely recommend particularly on colder mornings when you want a warm dark scent. Beautiful product, lovely lather, amazing fragrance. Cannot fault it at all !!!

Purchased this a few times. Was called Russian leather but now called dark leather because of putin. Not sure why it was called Russian leather anyway. Russia isn’t known for its leather and even if it was it wouldn’t smell like that. Very musky and masculine smell. I will continue to purchase it me thinks.

That does not stop me using it in the morning however when I feel like it!If you are into your Black Pepper or Oudh Accord fragrances, I would highly recommend giving Russian Leather body wash a try. It's become one of my favorite Molton Brown products.
This is my favourite MB fragrance. Think it’s possibly one of the more masculine smells but I love it. Shame it’s expensive or I’d use it constantly. The smell stays with you for quite a long time after washing with it.
I purchased this product for the first time a couple of weeks ago and I'm very happy that I did so. It smells absolutely fantastic, lathers up extremely well and washes most effectively. I have now bought a second shower gel of a different fragrance as I've been so pleased with the results from the first.

If there's one negative thing I can think of, it is that the fragrance should be boosted just a little bit. The thing I love about Molton Brown is that no matter how bad a mood I am in the luxurious smell of Molton Brown bath gels cheers me up. The calming fragrance of Heavenly Gingerlilly, the energising Black Pepper but especially the masculine heady smell of Dark Leather evokes a sense of calm and relaxation. Better than meditation and highly recommended to recenter and balance yourself.
I’ve been using Molton Brown body washes for many years. I love the luxurious fragrances that linger on my body after I bath. I have a wide variety of body wash fragrances in the bath so I choose a different wash depending upon my mood.
