Monbento MB Original Bento Box Black Onyx

Amazing Product, great quality. had it been a little deeper and wider it would be perfect. On the pricey side but definitely a good purchase on Sale. The tabs on the lids make it so much easier to open.

I received my MonBento today and my box has so many scratches as if it was used. I was very excited about my monBento Box but now i’m disappointed at the product.

Great little bento box. Pieces clip together well (unless you overfill the box!), easy to wash, and comes with an elastic belt to keep all the bits really secure when you are going to work. Great size for lunch as well

In love. The MB Original is true to its photos, descriptions and review. I can’t express how much the acquisition of this beautiful lunchbox has not only made it more practical to bring my food with me, but it’s also aesthetically pleasing keeping its functionality all at the same time. The compliments I get are a bonus. I am surprised it had taken me this long to pull the trigger on getting one, and so far I have been very pleased with it. Would highly recommend!

Everything fits nice and tight, print quality is wonderful. and overall build quality is very nice

Lovely container, second one from Monbento that I owned. Did notice some difference in its material versus the first one I owned, which seemed more sturdy; also, the lid on this new one seems tougher to remove.

extra strap thingy, its currently in my laundry basket but i could probably stick both straps on my lunchbox for fun. ?

LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT

For the love of health for you and your family. I am having such fun with this lunch box. You must get all the extras. Look on the net for ideas for the box. It took me a few days to change my ways and now I make such healthy lunch boxes and all my daughters friends wish they could also have a bento. I buy all little things or you could make them to save. I freeze it and just take out everyday. Muffins, cup cakes, meat balls, cold meats with salad. Fruit all cut up and cute helps the kids to eat it. It has helped me so much to get healthier food in my child everyday and that she is happy with and isn't feeling odd with her friends eating crap. I am a health freak and this bento box is crazy amazing smiles.

Not cheap but superb quality

I love this lunch box! Just the right size for a two-course meal, absolutely no leaking and even looks cool in this "macha" colour. Can be frozen and microwawed. Not lightweight but does not look like it would break easily either! Not as many inner separators as the Japanese would like (only one) but I would not use these anyway. There would be only one thing to improve: sometimes one of the boxes is enough (if you'd like to carry one course, no soup) but there is no shorter rubber band included for this purpose, you have to use what you can find at home. Something like two elastic hair bands surely kills the classy look.

The whole stacking system is very well designed and it's all very easy to clean.Packing lunch in the bento style is fun and looks appetizing. I also bought some of the accessories, to make it easier to create baked goods that fit inside the Monbento. There is a Monbento app where you can share photos and recipes. It's nice to browse the gallery for ideas on what to pack. I like to pack one breakfast item (like a crustless quiche), something for lunch (chicken salad) and a snack (nuts and a chocolate).
