This bidet spray is more like a fire hose with way too much pressure and as everyone else has said the rigid hose makes it way too hard to get in the required position to use it. Not that I could because the water pressure was way too high anyway, water nearly came out my nose I think. That’s also with the tap turned on as little as possible so I couldn’t have reduced it anymore myself.

Son set up the chrome version of this for me last week. Reviewers got it right. Strongly made but the hose inflexible and the trigger hard to push. Fine as a hose to clean the loo maybe. Figured the decent price would deliver the goods. Disappointed. Not recommended.

Hose is inflexible, very very hard to use, actually would give this 0 out of 5 stars due to the impossible hose
The product is poor in quality. The pipe is not that flexible and head gets lock(get stuck).
I have no idea how this passed a test as a functional bidet spray. Hose has no give, handle becomes loose and water sprays everywhere. Do not purchase this one!
its not malleable, it doesn't have any give or flexibility. When you try to hold the sprayer, the whole thing moves which in turn makes the nut move as well from the point attachment and water starts leaking.
