Bought this model a few years ago and it was good. Decided to buy yet another for the second bathroom, but when it was delivered I found that they changed design! Now it looks much worse and cheaper. By the way, installation manual still depicts the old design, has not been updated yet. In addition, the delivered item was cracked, so I just returned it and will be looking for another toilet.

Bought a month ago as it looked good on the shelf and the price was great. Thats the end of positives.Plumber installed it and even he said its a terrible design. The back of toilet is about an inch from the wall as the internal plumbing of toilet is so far back that the toilet needs to be placed away from thr wall to attach to a standard waste drain. There are two stainless steel side bolts that stand out like (you know what). The actual seat and bowl is tiny! I assumed all toilets would be pretty standard so didnt sit on them before purchase.. But it's ridiculously small. Uncomfortable and very impractical.Removing it and buying a better designed adult sized toiletDon't waste your money!!

Bought this for my bathroom renovation. I was limited in the toilet suite I could choose as I only had about 100mm pipe center from the wall. The toilet seat is a bit small for the suite but the biggest issue I have is that water leaks from both the connection bolts that connects the base with the water tank. I tried removing the bolts & adjusting the tank, tried tightening the bolts as much as possible (which itself is hard due to limited space behind the system). In the end I've had to resort to using a lot of silicone to plug it with limited success.I wouldn't recommend this product - spend a bit more for a better designed suite.

Very happy with what is described by some a budget style toilet. Budget or not, this is an Excellent toilet. Its has a modern look, has quality fittings and most importantly it works brilliantly. A lot of problems raised about toilets relate to the installation. Make sure you get a good plumber and follow their instructions. In particular it is important to give the silicone used in the installation24 hours to cure.
So this is a great toilet for the price. It's not an expensive back to wall job, but you're only gonna crap in it!It has a strong flush and a rimless bowl, and have had no issues with this. I have a P trap waste pipe, which this product has no issues whatsoever coupling with. The only issue I potentially may have had, is the connecting bolt grommets may leak. Which I avoided by adding a bit of silicone on installation.Otherwise a good product that I'm happy with.
Bought this toilet as it gave me acces to rear. Firstly it didn’t sit around drain pipe so doesn’t go back to wall. Second the lid on cistern is so light it’s like putting a plate on top. Third the seat and bowl size is NO WAY designed for adults. It is that small my front an rear was on the edge of seat and bowl. Nope no way. Not for households…
Same problems as everyone else - should have read the reviews before buying!Pan is poorly designed and it has a lip underneath which prevents it from being installed flush with the wall. A huge issue if your waste is somewhat distant from the wall. You basically need your waste to be right next to the wall if you want it flush. It says in the instructions that it will cater for 140mm from wall but I can't see how this would be possible with the way the pan is designed and yes I shortened the universal coupling as much as I could and it's not the coupling that's the issue but the pan itself. Yes I know - buyer beware but this could easily be avoided with better pan design. You don't actually find this out until you are installing and by then it's a real ordeal to ... MoreSame problems as everyone else - should have read the reviews before buying!Pan is poorly designed and it has a lip underneath which prevents it from being installed flush with the wall. Yes I know - buyer beware but this could easily be avoided with better pan design. You don't actually find this out until you are installing and by then it's a real ordeal to repack and take it back. Although I did notice quite a few re-taped boxes at my local Bunnings so it seems others weren't as accepting as me.No matter how much you tighten the screws that attach the cistern to pan it leaks. Will need to remove it an use silicon - other reviews say the same thing. If you keep tightening, you run the risk of cracking either cistern of pan.Mondella - please use stickers that are easy to remove like most quality products do these days. The stickers leave a thick residue which is hard to remove. Also, it's a small toilet - best for tight spaces and smaller people. You can't actually examine the product properly in Bunnings as the display unit is mounted up high on a wall - so you're pretty much buying sight unseen. The throat of the pan and universal bend seem quite narrow - we'll see how this goes with big flushes. Again message to Bunnings - you can't view this as the toilet is displayed way above your head. All in all - looks good so I give it a 2 but too many issues for me to recommend it to others. Also before I'm accused of poor installation - I have installed numerous toilets and this one took the longest because it so fiddly and I have never had a problem with any of the others!
This is one of bunnings top selling toilets. It’s pretty cheap and stylish enough. The bad reviews on this are probably down to poor installation or plumbers on the clock not wanting to make the extra effort to fit it.If it’s going in a main bathroom and is visible from the side I wouldn’t choose this toilet as you will see the trap as it’s not a back to wall cistern. I bought this for a downstairs cloakroom and it’s perfect as you only see it face on.Silicone everything beforehand inside and outside the cistern. All the plastic pipe work and fixings that come in and out of the cistern, spend the extra time and 24 hours wait to do this properly and you will have no leaks. Versatile toilet suite for retro fitting difficult connections. Can be used where a side inlet pipe connection is required (left or right) or where you don't want to relocate the cistern isolating tap out of the way.
Just installed this toilet. I think it's great value at under $200, with a modern look, soft close lid and rimless bowl. The flush seems powerful but I haven't challenged it with difficult jobs yet! If you don't want a back to the wall toilet, there are somewhat limited options in attractive toilets. There is a gap between the base of the toilet and the wall, which suits situations where you have a tiled "skirting board" and you can't push a back to the wall toilet flush to the wall. My plumber also said this is an advantage as if there is a leak in the future with a back to the wall toilet the first sign could be water leaking into the floor below (which is bad!), while with this design you'll see some water on the floor at the toilet. In my toilet, there are ... MoreJust installed this toilet. The finish on the outlet was a bit rough, so I was concerned it might leak there, but no problems so far.Everything looks well made, but long term durability is unknown, but it does have a 10 year warranty, which is promising.
