Installed April 2019 and has a crack in the stem near the selector button. Spits water out. This is a cheap product, but not expected to fail so soon. Claiming under the 10 year warranty, but cannot find the receipt as was bought 18 months ago.Wouldn't ordinarily recommend a cheapo mixer, but we just renovated the kitchen preparing to sell up.

I bought this 3 years ago and it has started to leak on the top of the tap..Very poor..I will not buy this brand again! On reading other reviews it seems to be a fault with all of them..

Purchased 18mths the ago, sliding got leaking from end of spout running down to the bench, but we were ok with it. Now it’s a constant stream onto the bench top. Don’t dismiss these reviews if you’re thinking of purchasing this item. We now need to replace with a new mixer.

We bought this Mondella Kitchen Sink Mixer 10 months ago and the pull-out plastic section of the tap came off. Very similar issue as been reported by the other customer.Avoid buying this sink mixer.
I bought this 6 weeks ago and already it's poor quality is showing. Spray botton is difficult to press and gets stuck and the extendable hose has leaked and needed to be tightened. Wont be long until it drives me crazy and i replace it.....again.
Our house came with a brand new Bunnings kitchen that included this tap. Within a year, the tap blew off the hose and sprayed everywhere. I had the tap replaced, but had to pay a plumber to install the replacement - which wasn't cheap. Now two years later, the replacement has a hairline crack up the side so is spraying all over the place again. Will not be replacing with a third edition.
Bought 2 years ago. Leaked from up inside the tap. Dtr has the same tap. Unfortunately didn't realise it was leaking over a period of time. Had to replace floor boards in her apartment.
Mine cracked too in less than two years. Nice 'idea' but a piece of rubbish.Very unhappy because clearly a manufacturing fault.Pretty sure can't find receipt so unlikely to buy the same brand again.
Purchased from Bunnings, paid for professional instal and it’s leaking within six months at top of tap. Can’t find receipt but the cost of calling a plumber out to remove and reinstall another pricey. I seem to recall some great warranty but that would not include price of plumber etc.
plastic snapped at hand piece within a couple of years. the water leaked back down the spout and into the cupboard, Im not sure for how long before i noticed.
