Since purchasing a new espresso maker I was on the hunt for a caramel syrup to flavor my cappuccinos. This is the perfect blend! It isn’t too sweet or thick that it overpowers your drink. It also comes in sugar free for those that want to watch their sugar intake. Monin is the ONLY brand that I will use for my morning coffees!

That is pretty good for the price. I previously spent over this price, on a bottle half the size. The caramel syrup flavor is classic and delicious. You can taste the quality of these syrups compared to others and the ingredients are also more trustworthy. I love putting caramel in my iced coffees and lattes! I also love using this syrup in recipes when I need a caramel flavor added. Works perfectly!

Monin Caramel Syrup is the best

Monin Caramel is without a doubt the best tasting caramel syrup I’ve ever tasted.My favorite iced Caramel latte is with a couple espresso shots, half cup (more or less) low fat chocolate milk plus half cup (more or less) low fat milk, and a pump or two of Caramel syrup, topped with whipped cream and a caramel drizzle, served over ice. (One could use all chocolate milk, also serve hot or blended. Haven’t tried milk alternatives)Been using Monin for over 20 years. No comparison to all the other brands. Monin has the best quality ingredients when it comes to their syrups!

Monin always does a great

Monin always does a great job with their syrups. I love the sweet and rich taste this syrup gives my at home lattes. I typically use 3 pumps in my iced lattes and 2 pumps in my hot lattes, This Carmel has a good balance of not being too sweet so that you can still taste the boldness of whatever coffee you are drinking.

Not my favorite, but others love it!

I'm not a big fan of caramel in coffee unless it's combined with other flavors, so I purchased this to use in different latte recipes. Even combined with other syrups I have, I still don't love it unfortunately. It has sort of a chemical flavor in my opinion. That being said, my family and friends love it!

There seems to be a quality issue with this product. I had this product earlier this summer (June) and really liked it (used with iced latte on a vacation I was on). I bought a bottle (amazon) and used all of it (no issues). I purchased another bottle (amazon) and the taste and smell was completely off, the product was not usable. I returned this bottle and purchased another one (directly from Monin) and this bottle had the exact same issue. I also ended up returning this unit. My company also purchased this product to be used with coffees, however the bottle they received also smelled and tasted horrible. They have since stopped purchasing this product.
