You can also get this product in coffee shops like Nero but if you have prime same day delivery or next day its easier I guess. Its slightly cheaper in Nero.Wouldnt get anything else. Tried many syrups as a daily latte drinker, this one hits the spot. With vanilla if you choose to be brand loyal I would advise getting the pump, the sugar collects at opening and makes it difficult to unscrew. I cannot live without the vanilla. Their caramel is also pretty good. In general this brand have very good syrups. Been buying this since 2008, had Starbucks inbetween but price wise this is better value and taste.

We ordered six flavors of Monin syrup for a welcome dinner at our wedding, and they were all a hit with kids and adults. The bottles arrived very well packaged. Some of the shipping stickers were a pain to take off - they were covering the flavor of the syrup - but gentle pulling removed them without too much damage to the label. People seemed to use/prefer less syrup than we expected, and less than the 4 pumps per drink that Monin recommends, so we have plenty of extra after an evening with about 60 people. I was surprised at how much Vanilla we had at the end of the night based on the number of people who had it, but that is likely because they were almost all combining it with other flavors and so only using 1-2 pumps at a time. Makes for some great flavor combos.

These syrups are generally expensive so expected to pay around this price. Although there are alternatives, I think this brand is proven and used by independent coffee shops as well as the big chains. Certainly an indulgence, not a necessity, I think its worth getting a decent decaf instant for the coffee, I heat the syrup with almond milk in the microwave, use a handheld milk steamer for a few seconds, and its a good sugar rush on midmorning or afternoon. Lots of coffee shops charge 50p each for a syrup shot so it all adds up. Sort of feel like Im saving money overall

We routinely buy this product to flavour my wifes morning Americano a teaspoon ensures that the bitterness which accompanies the black coffee she drinks to be somewhat overcome and the vanilla adds a nice smooth flavour to the drink. So we use it sparingly, not so much to reduce the vanilla input, rather than my wife doesnt like overly sweet drinks. In terms of value, we normally purchase this product from Waitrose and apart from the fact that this item comes in a plastic bottle, as opposed to glass, it is cheaper per ml than the supermarket. I would add that a simple search on Google reveals that this product is available from other suppliers significantly cheaper than from Amazon, however, they all carry a delivery charge, which unless you buy three bottles or ... MoreWe routinely buy this product to flavour my wifes morning Americano a teaspoon ensures that the bitterness which accompanies the black coffee she drinks to be somewhat overcome and the vanilla adds a nice smooth flavour to the drink. Monin Syrups are always so good. They are absolutely worth the few more dollars in price compared to other flavoring syrups. Vanilla is always my go to. It adds the perfect amount of sweetness and rich vanilla flavor to my coffee.
This makes any cup of coffee taste like a popular shop bought coffee It lasts for a long time you only need a small amount per cup. I read a review where someone had written that it wasnt sweet, I really dont know what was in their syrup as this most definitely is sweet tasting and in my opinion you certainly dont need to add sugar This is the same brand thats used in stores too so you really are getting the exact same taste but at a fraction of the price. I use mine with fresh filter coffee, pod machine coffee as well as granulated coffee. Ive heard that you can also use it in recipes, in place of vanilla essence, Ive yet to try this but will do in the future. To sum up, I recommend this to any latte lover or coffee drinker Great price, long lasting and quick delivery
I have experimented with some of the competing brands and even a couple of the offbrands found in discount stores, but I keep coming back to the Monin Vanilla syrup. I feel it is overpriced but it does have to my palate the best taste when mixed in with my homebrewed latte. For context I have a Delonghi Dedica EC680. Thats basically a home espresso machine, complete with a basket and steam frother. So Ive used this syrup in lattes using both dairy and oat milk, works great with both. It works so well with oat milk in fact that you can use less syrup about 12ml just under table spoon for about 400ml of oat milk latte.
