It looks great, very well designed and made. Multiple adjustment options so you can set it just as you want it. The camera retracts when not required - very neat and reassuring for privacy. Plug in and switch it on - very easy set up.The only slight negative is that the volume of the speakers has to be up to 100% to be able to hear clearly and they are not as good as having separate speakers - but makes the set up a lot neater with less cables. I may reinstate my old speakers...tbc.Overall, I am really pleased with it and it arrived the following morning after ordering.

Sleek and elegant design make for a high quality functional monitor. The touch control buttons on the edge face wa a unexpected but highly appreciated. The retractable camera on top is awesome and provides the privacy expected from a built in camera, only useable in the up status. The adjustability of monitor positions makes it flexible in different spaces.

The Dell 24 Video Conferencing Monitor is a solid monitor. The monitor has built in speakers and a hide away web camera along the top of the monitor. The built in speakers work well and the hide away camera is a convenient feature. The speakers were not super loud but they were plenty loud for a work desk environment and have plenty of bass.

The monitor is up and running -- it works perfectly! It is the perfect size for the space I have.The sales agent, Victor Daniel, was superb. He checked thoroughly to be sure it was compatible with my older Dell computer, and sold me the correct hi-speed cables with which to connect the two.I very pleased with the monitor, and especially with Victor, who helped me select it!
The monitor is basically good but documentation is terrible. I somehow put it into Japanese mode and it took an hour with a very good tech finding material that apparently not public to help me get out of it. The joystick approach to settings is horrible. Also, there is little information on how the camera is deployed and nothing on the computer modes that access the speakers.
This is a great, high quality, monitor. It serves well for remote work by having a camera and speakers integrated into it. I like the pop up camera because it can be closed when not in use to ensure privacy. The ability to put it in portrait / landscape display is valuable to me since I work with two monitors.
Amazing display. Was a little hesitant to go with such a large screen, but I could not be more happy. When using it to work in a VDI environment, I am able to have several apps open at the same time. This ultimately makes it feel like I have 4 separate monitors. If you are looking for a 4K monitor with lots of real-estate, then look no further! Great value for the price.
Monitor is bigger than previous one used. A lot more can be seen. However the problem is the windows 11. Brightness is so bright and can't be fixed with a slider. Had to call to resolve this but it is still not resolved. Therefore the monitor is not pleasant to use. Have not figured out the speaker or mike. The camera can be hidden, so this is a plus. The monitor has a mind of its own. When the screen is open pictures change every so often. If one is not computer savvy and there are still some of us around, then it becomes frustrating to deal with this. If you are a gamer, then this might work. For everyday use, it is ok if issues can be resolved. Was told when enough complain about the brightness, it will be fixed. Really!
This monitor comes with a proprietary monitor mount that will not even work with older Dell monitors. There is really no reason to have a design like this when standards like VESA exist (to be fair you can put a VESA plate on the back of the monitor) or even Dell's similar older design that just doesn't fit. Go EU! Put regulations on this this kind of wasteful silliness! Buyer beware!
The pictures in the setup quick-start manual were so small that the connectors were unclear; I had to go and find an unboxing video on YouTube. The monitor itself is OK, especially for my 92-year-old mother who needs to be able to push one button and go, and not deal with a separate webcam plug-in, microphone plug-in, speaker plug-in. With that said- the joystick adjustment control- on the *back* of the monitor where it can't be seen!- is more fiddly than necessary, and the concave on-off switch flush with the surface- also on the *back* of the monitor!- can be difficult for a non-agile person to feel for.
